I think the only slight negative was that my room smelt like a swimming pool but honestly i dont think they could do much since its pretty much on top of the saunas and pool area. But you get used to it quickly and with the air con it gets less and less.

Since i booked this hotel for business i saw the facilities but it did not click that this was a wellness centre. so on my arrival i was shocked as the realisation hit me. The staff were amazing, helping me understand different parts of the facility and helping me also since i had to go into work early every day, they arraigned staff to come in earlier to make breakfast for me. Never seen an adaptable service like that before. the room was large with everything you would need from a hotel room. The temperature in the room was always warm but that is because they need to heat the Spa pool and saunas, the room came with air con so it was not an issue. The restaurant was wonderful, not a lot to choose from but enough to select. all reasonable priced and a welcoming bar area too.

There is not much around (restaurants mostly) if you have the need to go away of the humidity of the thermen for dinner.

The thermen are spectacular with a lot of saunas, jacuzzis and warm and cold pools. The highlights for us were the activities (the opgiet in the sauna was the best) and the outside warm pool. 30min drive from Antwerpen, it is a perfect location to combine relax and city.

The outside view when you arrive at the Thermal facility is not enjoying. But once inside everything changed.

It really is a place too relax. The different type of sauna and steam houses are enjoying. Restauration is first class. The room and bathroom are fantastic.

The staff forgot our special demand of gluten-free breakfast so we had to wait, nowhere to find the allergens on the food (breakfast) or even on the menu. there was a hole in the towel.. the room was ice cold when we got in, not necessary the right temperature when you do wellness. price quality, they could do a better job..

the wellness center has everything, they thought about all details. salt for the hamman, shampoo and soap, bathrobes and towels. the bed was big and comfortable. the girl at the reception (pretty blond girl) was super friendly! helped us out a lot!

location - everything you need you can get on sight and a very relaxing place. spa - plenty of options. very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Food - very nice food. massage - the full body 50mins massage was really nice and very relaxing. you can arrive early and start using the facilities before you check in at 15:00.

Room was comfortable. Clean. Super nice. The spa was really big and all sorts of options. Good food. Nice staff. It is a naturist spa. I was told not to wear cloth to go to the restaurant but wearing robe instead. I loved all sorts of sauna, steam room, outdoor pool. It was super relaxing. I did not really understand French or Dutch. So the front desk gave me a full tour of the facilities, showing me about spa rules.

As it is in the middle of nowhere, its harder to get to via public transport. All food was nice, but vegan options for breakfast and dinner were extremely limited (first day apparently I ate all the vegan yogurt they had...).

The stay at the spa was amazing. We booked 2 nights, but only heard there that we could have stayed in the sauna also on the day we left. Room itself was big (almost too big, I don't need a bathtub in my room if there is big wellness attached to the hotel).

The room is not well equipped at all, almost nothing. There is basic stuff for any hotel that is not available, and even the water in the room they charged for it And uber service almost will not come to you there as its far
