Friendly, considerate, and welcoming. The apartment is impeccably clean and inviting, boasting a fantastic shower and a cozy bed. Plus, the secure and covered parking garage adds peace of mind. Upon arrival, the staff provided us with a city map and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of water and two cold beers waiting for us in the fridge, along with complimentary tea and coffee. With the city center just a 30-minute walk away and a supermarket a mere 5-minute stroll, the location couldn't be better.

The hosts are very very friendly and nice! We had our own parking garage, the apartment had everything we needed - except of maybe a microwave oven. Great place, close to a supermarket and local transport, the city centre is 40 minutes walk on foot.

Design inside was very good! Convenient for wheel chair access and parking facilities available. Shower pressure was amazing! Staff were incredible allowing us to enter on arrival early and communicate with us!

Beware of the narrow entrance to the car parking area if you either have a wide vehicle or a new hire car that you’re still not familiar with. I got in and out once only but I wouldn’t have liked to do it everyday. Then again Ghent is a walking city so it was a park ‘n drop job for us.

Friendly welcome, nicely located with a 30 minute walk into the centre (Ghent is a town to walk about & enjoy) or a short bus ride (which we never took). The railway station is 15 minutes walk away. Facilities were fine for our purposes and it was quiet. Tea & coffee provided. Superb neighbourhood restaurant called Pastinaak, which was recommended by the host and provided three superb meals during our stay.

Very nice stay in the decent apartment. Private garage to park our car. 3 min walk to a carrefour where we got food for our supper. Well equipped kitchen and everything. It's also close to the P+R parking in the outskirt of Gent. So it's convenient to drop car there and take the shuttle to downtown.

Our room was on the ground floor with a window onto the patio, so there was little daylight, but we were out of the room most of the day, so that's okay.

Very polite hosts, we got answers to all our questions. Parking in the garage, free of charge. All the equipment in the room was new. Fully equipped kitchen, towels changed every day (without our request). The center of Gent is accessible by bus in 6 stops, which was great because we didn't have to look for a parking lot in the city. A table and chair on the patio allowed for drinking coffee outside. Thank you and we recommend it to others.

Pillow very low. The bed was too soft for one of us - the other one loved it! Noisy toilet all night.

Hosts were really nice and always helpful! We had room without windows, but it was okay as we always just came to sleep and have breakfast in the mornings, basically :D Kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. Neighborhood was nice as well!

We came here on an exceptionally hot day and the apartment was very hot as well. There is no AC and there was no fan, but one of the big windows had an insect shield so we could keep it open all night. The window is facing the bed and overlooks neighboring houses, so keeping it open means a loss of some privacy. We stayed in a top floor apartment, there are other apartments on the property. The neighborhood is generally very quiet, but we heard a neighbor talking outside into the early morning hours.

Very friendly, considerate and welcoming staff, very clean and nice apartment, great shower, comfortable bed. Safe and covered parking garage. The staff gave us a map of the city, some tips, and even brought us ice cubes to cool our drinks. There were a bottle of water and two beers waiting for us in the fridge. There were tea and coffee available in the apartment. City center (30 min) and supermarket (5 min) in walking distance.

The location is a bit outside the center, 30-40 mins walk.

Martijn, the host, was very nice and friendly. The place was quiet, clean and tidy, comfy beds and all amenities that one might need.
