The staff very help full, I was arrive before 3PM and the staff come to open the door, room is very clean. Kitchen set is available and free tea and coffee. The location is very close to my location work.

The room was massive and very modern, much bigger than in the pictures. Everything was super clean, and the breakfast was really nice, fresh bread and good coffee.

the lack of kettle or cups in the room, and no shelf in shower for shower gel etc

- Shower definitely needs some small shelf, so you have a space where to put your sponge or shower gel. - Kitchen is nice, but it needs some proper equipment, sharp knife, ladle, wooden spoon to stir your food with is a must if you want to cook, i was dissapointed that it was missing.

Loved the small fridge and the small kitchen area. Great area, very calm and quiet, before Trust hotel i was staying in the Antwerp in an apartment and trust hotel is absolute tranquility lane compared to that. Had an awesome sleep.

- it is quite loud because of the road. - the curtains are too thin. It was too bright in the room to sleep well - more healthy options for breakfast would be nice. At least to have a natural yogurt without flavors and sugar

Very nice and modern hotel. Very spacious room. Nice concept with self-check in and etc. Very friendly communication prior to arrival. I asked about GF options for breakfast and were provided with GF bread, etc.

The room were great, it is spacious, clean and with modern tech shower. Need a car to reach the Antwerp city centre.

In the apartment there were a dying table not so close to a plug, it was not so practical for working.

I have taken the apartment with kitchen: very spacious, well equipped and super clean. I can just recommend this hotel, it looks like just reformed, the toilet is big (fully accessible in wheel chair) and even a bathrobe was offered. Hygienic measures for covid were quite good: the breakfast was served nominative paper boxes and it was advised to wear masks. Apart this, the hotel offers an open terrace, with good weather it seems a quite cute place. Great parking possibility: the hotel has a few covered placed and two reserved for people with reduced mobility, plus there are many public places around.

Perfect hotel in a small village just outside Antwerp. Beautiful interior and a nice terrace. Very nice staff. Perfect location if you are on motorcycle and want to explore the area.

More information would be helpful. Someone to meet and greet would overcome this. Tea/coffee in the room would be nice and save enduring the steep stairs twice. The beds were very soft and the mattress hung over the side. I sat on the bed and ended up on the floor - this is certainly quite dangerous. The room had low beams to the side of the bed - my head can confirm the beams are quite hard even after the 4rd or 4th contact! The "town" is pitiful. There was nowhere to eat within walking distance so we ended up driving to a delightful restaurant that Google suggested.

There is no reception at this hotel - just a code for the main door and for the room. Both of these worked OK. There is a small social area with free drinks but this was not made very clear. The hotel was clean and we were on the top floor which is reached via very steep steps. There are no "services" in the room only at the social area. The bathroom and shower were very good. Breakfast was a buffet style and the selection was quite good. We did notice a stack of drinks in the fridge - are these free? Who knows, there was no sign either way!

The pictures are much nicer than reality. We paid 120 Euro and there was no personnel, the breakfast was cheap and awful, and the rooms cold and uncomfortable. Never again!
