You could hear quite a lot from the room neighbours.

You don’t have to be young and hip to love this hotel! Comfortable room with cleverly designed furniture, excellent breakfast, quirky decorations to discover everywhere...

We can hear the people in the other rooms pretty loudly… but it was in the middle of the days not really at night. Parking is not free around the hotel as it is by the beach.

Only unfortunate thing was no parking for the hotel, there were public car parks for €30 for 24hours close by.

The hotel was just amazing . Loved the industrial vibe. Comfortable bed. The bedding smelt amazingly fresh. Loved the decor in the ladies washroom. And the little tree frogs on the reception desk! Great place to stay.

I have no real « complaints », just some small « room for improvement » suggestions: - bigger baby beds > the current ones are really only for babies, not toddlers - strange smell in the hallways (new paint?) - also a bit more light in front of the room doors in the hallways - tissue box in the room - Netflix connection in the room

This place is great! The common areas are perfect for lazying around if the weather isn’t great > very convenient with kids! The location is perfect. The room itself is quite large and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. And the staff is very helpful and understanding. We had a great time and hope to return again in the future.

Parking in Oostende is crazy expensive. It would be great to receive some better fees through the hotel. We have paid 60 Euros to park the car for 2 nights. The weather did not allow us to park much further, since my friend was disabled (new knee). We were there for a concert in the casino. The entire package of hotel, concert tickets and parking was disappointing.

I appreciate the free water and coffee, and the fridge, that makes the stay super !

The walls are thin and when you have a couple in a neighbouring room, the noises during the night were too loud.

The bar is a bit expensive (when open) - as is the breakfast. Slightly bigger towels would be nice, but this is a niggle. Otherwise a decent place to stay with a good atmosphere.

Location is excellent though parking is a little inconvenient (public paid parking). Beach is close and the city centre is on the doorstep. Hotel is modern 'industrial chic' - exposed pipework and bulkhead lights, that sort of thing. Great if you're into all that (which we sort of are). Also great if you have kids - who will love the slide in the foyer/bar. Staff mainly friendly and helpful apart from one somewhat unsmiling night manager who seemed rather grumpy when asked if the bar was still open at 11.30pm (it wasn't).

Wish there were toothbrushes and sleepers in the room.

We didn't stay for long but the man who greeted us was just wonderful! Very cheerful. The room was very comfortable and overall everything was great. Thank you!

Two very small minuses ( very small), we had only one toilet roll in the bathroom, and the milk for breakfast was, I suppose, UHT at the coffee machine, not a good taste.

Amazing design, very relaxing ambience. Attention to detail. We did appreciate the individual heating radiator in the room, ( no air com). Room comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. A truly marvellous experience. we want to come again.
