There was a tiny problem , the door didn't open the last day. It was not only me, there was another girl who had the same problem. But it was setteled easily.

Receptionists were nice and friendly. People there was good and clean. Thank you for the hospitality :) .

It was noisy at night - lots of people going up & down the stairs, talking etc. Pipes were noisy too.

Bringing up of baggage especially to higher floor 2-4th is a struggle. No elevator so be prepared to bring up your luggage. Suggest book on lower floor.

We like its proximity to many attractions in Brussels. Very attentive and kind staff. Room is small for 5 pax but equitable to the price we paid. Can't expect more, good enough to have a place to stay while in the city.

No light for each bed - make sure you bring your own! Beds were a bit rickety so you can feel when your bunk mate moves. Wifi was AWFUL - had to rely on data the whole time. No elevator so you have to walk up stairs - not the biggest deal unless you have an injury or disability.

Decent location about 15 minutes walking from both Brussel Midi train station and the city center, and very close to a subway station. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom in each room was pretty clean. Warm (not hot) water was available in the showers. Free luggage storage when I checked out.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and fluffy, I was afraid of moving a lot and fall into the floor. I found two maps from other guests between the bed and the wall, which showed me that the area wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous stay. The sink was stuck causing a very bad odor in the bathroom. I had to wash my teeth and face in the shower every morning and night, which was a very uncomfortable.

The hostel was within 15 minute walking distance from the Grand Place. Although it is not in the city center, main points of interest were really near. The triple room was good and modern, with private bathroom. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working but I was given a spare one at reception. Check in procedure was smooth, we arrived after 00h and there was no problem on their side as reception is open 24/7. The area was also good. It is kind of Arabic neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby to have lunch or breakfast. Midi station and Charleroi airport shuttle is within walking distance too.

My room was on the 4th floor. No lift. The stairs were a little dangerous and narrow. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work plus they may need to change the light in the bathroom to a higher walt so there would be lighter inside.

Room was spacious and clean. 2 windows so you get natural light also. Socket next to the bed. Great bathroom.

Thin Walls and sound proofing wasn’t ideal. Beds were a bit creaky but can’t exactly complain about that in a hostel. 15 min walk to main city centre.

As it is a shared room, there is a lack of hygiene in the shared bathroom. and as it is a place with a busy nightlife, there are noises at night that can disturb your sleep. but suits a short stay.

It says on booking.com that towels are included with the room. Apparently, when we stayed there, we had to pay for the towels because the staff said it is not part of the quadruple room. Does not make sense.

The bed was not comfortable. Although, it was located near the central city, the street of the hotel was a bit sketchy, so take necessary precaution when walking at night, especially alone. Additional, when I came back to the room in the afternoon, my room was not locked properly after the cleaning person came to clean the room.

It's a bit further from the city center. However the proximity to the Midi station is perfect.

We liked the personnel and their professionalism. The check-in was super easy and very fast. Rooms were quite big and that's why with more beds they still manage to look cosy.
