Location was bad because it is not in safe area. It's close to train station but you may been chasing by someone. Waiters in hotel was not speaking English and they always try to say something even you say you do not understand their language. The receptionist girls was not helpful but the guy was okay.

It was quite loud as our room had a view towards the streets and it was smelling unpleasantly of tobacco when people were smoking outside. The AC is set to only heating the room (no cooling option). We requested to change the date of our 1-night stay by just one night but were offered to change only for a fee of approx. 1/3 of a nightly rate.

The hotel is extremely well-designed and offers great comfort to its guests. We enjoyed comfortable beds, specially clean room and bathrooms, perfectly fresh breakfast (offering warm savory dishes, such as scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, champignons, etc; freshly baked pastries). The room was equipped upon our arrival with water and coffee machine. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the train station Brussels Zuid and the city center.

The location where hotel is situated is not safe. There is eveteasing. Keep your wallets and phones safe there are chances that you may get robbed.

Hotel is good,staff is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Midi station is just 10 min walk away. Tram station and all are walkable.

There was a canal smell in the room which we couldn't figure out where was coming from. No kettle to boil water and there was complimentary tea bags.

The design of the hotel is very nice and makes you feel at home. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean, the room was fixed and cleaned every day. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch and the toiletries were Nuxe. The location is very convenient, close to Brussels Midi train station. There is metro stop next to the hotel and the city centre is 15 minutes walking.

The location outside is a bit sketchy at night time - although we had kids with us and nobody troubled us between our taxi on the main road and the hotel entrance when returning to the hotel in the evenings. I would use taxis to get to and from Central Brussels rather than walk though!

Stayed for work. Highly recommend. Walking distance from station where my train arrived. Room spotless clean. Good coffee in bedroom and comfortable mattress. Reliable wifi. On Metro links for venue for my meetings. Would definately stay there again.

noise from outside was noticeable, and the Cafe capsule and water were only charged for the first night.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the lobby was beautiful. The courtyard added to the charm. Enjoyed a good view from the room, acceptable breakfast, and convenient access to the train station, with a 15-minute walk to the city center.

The rooms were very hot as the AC was only capable of putting out hot air. Leaving the windows open could be loud so that wasn’t really an option overnight.

Really lovely property. Bedrooms were comfortable with a great shower. The outdoor area looked cool too, it’s a shame it rained whilst I was there! The location was also great, with the main sights being no more than a 15-20 minute walk (or even quicker by the Metro). Staff were polite and able to help with almost anything.

We travelled with our two young children and the family room was the perfect size. It was clean and nicely decorated and was the perfect location for us to either walk into the centre or hop on the tram. We would certainly recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay especially for a long weekend.

Nothing much. The only thing is... I'd probably stay at other areas of the city as the neighborhood looks messy and not too pleasant. However, this is a good choice if you are looking for a hotel close to Midi station.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Midi station. Very close to the metro stop and a 25 minute walk to the center squire. The hotel is quite pleasant to the eye. Both my partner and I liked their design and overall color theme. Breakfast was ok.

Just the soundproofing - the windows let in some traffic noise, but you are in the heart of a capital city after all. And the hotel kindly provides ear plugs.

I was surprised by the spacious room and bathroom for a city hotel, great shower pressure in a large shower and very comfortable bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Very friendly staff, at reception and at breakfast. Just beyond the reception is a lovely area to sit, nicely decorated and pleasant to relax or work, which extends to the large terrace in warmer months. Urban Yard describes the hotel well, and you feel relaxed here in pleasant surroundings. The reception also has a great selection of beers and other drinks for a small bar!

Staff were cold and disinterested to the point of unpoliteness. and took forever to do extremely simple tasks. They all seem competent and not ill-willed, I sense a team in need of a warmer more caring manager who could help foster pride in work and a nicer work environment. Shower temperature was an issue, nice and warm the first day but cold the second.

Location a few minutes walk from Zuidstation. Hotel newly done up, everything in great condition. Room was unexpectedly vast, frankly quite luxurious. I enjoyed the deco, a bit hip and quite chic.
