The bed was too soft and the carpet in the room has to be exchanged. The hotel is in renovation, in first floor they have exchanged that, the renovation takes place during the day, when the hotel is not so busy. The hotel is near the airport of Brussels-Zaventem, I did not mind, There was not much noise from planes. I did not find out if there is a night bus to Strombeek-Bever. There are no bakeries or so nearby in order to eat a small breakfast on the way to public transport.

I could see the Atomium from the Room. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Flemish Brabant (Strombeek- Bever) in walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the Brussels tramway station Esplanade. Magnolia trees everywhere flowering. In walking distance ( about 7,5 minutes) is a bus stop with direct connection to Thurn & Taxis buildings via Laeken. I have been here once, when I had an event at Brussels Expo, a larger walk of 25 minutes. Till now, there are parking spaces without cost or reservation for the inhabitants in the streets nearby. Several house had protest signs against new traffic management of Strombeek-Bever, I did not find out, what will be changed. The Brussels motorway ring can be reached within five minutes if there is no traffic jam.

Microwave at the reception absolutely filthy Corridor dirty - muddy foot prints in places. Noticeable Smell of cigarette ( corridor ) Have to pay extra €15 if chack out by 12. Temperature (heating) in some rooms not working properly .

The price is ok. Comfortable clean king size bed. Bathroom - toalet good size ,clean. Impressive water pressure (2nd floor), hot . Fresh clean white towels ( 4 of them for 2 people , wow ) My expectation wasn't high, so overall I wasn't disappointed . I will stay again if needed to. Location works for me.

The equipment/furniture is old. Also, the bathroom needs an urgent upgrade. The bed is not comfortable at all.

The hallway carpets looked a bit dingy, although the room itself was clean. There was no bar fridge in my room. And the overal light fixtures were fairly dim in the room. The air conditioning unit is small and could be an issue in full summer. The breakfast did not have bacon or scrambled eggs, or the option of real butter rather than margarine.

Easy to find location, free public parking, pleasant staff, nice room, big spacious bathroom. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. I had a back room with a view out into green gardens and trees, which was lovely. There was a window I could open. The door had an extra twist lock for locking from the inside, which I also sleep better with.

We were on time for check-out but nobody was there. After 20 minutes of waiting we just left our room cards along with 5 other people. Room next door made a lot of noise but this depends on your luck I guess.

Really spacious room. Comfy beds. Big bathroom. 25-30 minutes to the centre by tram. Close to the Atomium.

Our room had a door to another connected room and we could hear everything next door! Really annoying when the neighbours talk loudly till 3 o'clock in the morning! We didn't get much sleep as you can guess.

Unfortunately there were several things that were disappointing. The minifridge, while there, barely seemed to work. It was better than just leaving things outside, but just barely. The two bath towels had several quite large holes in it, to the point where you could say they just picked them off the street. They looked clean, but when you see it in that state you don't know what to believe anymore. When we got there it was terribly hot in the room. The only way to cool down the room was to open the balcony door. But then you have to draw the drapes anyway, which reduces the airflow. Also, makes it possible for bugs to get inside.

The hotel was situated in an absolutely gorgeous area full of green that we really liked. And the sound of birds in the morning was absolutely lovely. The instructions provided to get inside the hotel and into our room without having to interact with someone were really good and we appreciated the option to check in late. We liked that the room had a minifridge and a nice desk with chairs. The bed was comfortable. It's also very close to the Atomium building so that was nice as well.

Due to the fact no personnel is present after 20h00, no supervision is present: There was a bus with Spanish people which were very noisy till midnight. We could only ask them to be more quiet, unfortunately. And it all started again at 6h30.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good for one night, friendly staff. Did not had a breakfast as I was to late to order one...
