see above re window. Numerous reports regarding the location on building site already in reviews , it was raining when we arrived so even more muddy. Our room was not ready when we arrived so had to wait despite arriving after check in time . The walkways provided over site were uneven and sometimes slippy this is why I have only given a seven

the room was very big , warm ( weather was cold) and had everything you could want , excellent shower etc. However window was aproximately six foot from the floor so it was impossible to see out of it except for the sky , this made it quite claustrophobic. Breakfast at extra cost was excellent , a lot of choice and good choices on offer

Everything was great! The only problem was that we were unlucky to visit the hotel during the renovation of the surroundings. Lots of noise, even on the Saturday morning we could hear hammers being used (they avoided using loud machines, but couldn't do anything but continue working with less noisy tools... that were still pretty noisy).

The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also nice with lots of choices. I think the hotel will be amazing once the renovations will be over, I am pretty sure the view from the chamber we got will be wonderful.

Noisy construction works around the hotel start at 7am, so forget about sleeping longer. Nothing else to complain. I understand it is not hotel's fault and is hopefully temporary, but I think worth mentioning.

Nice hotel in the heart of the town (not too far on foot from the train station btw), very cozy room, friendly stuff, excellent breakfast. The restaurant is also very good and value for money.

Soft bed, but that is very personal preference. If you enjoy soft beds, then great for you, I would more enjoy more firm bed, but was still within limits.

Due to construction on site the place is not very welcoming from this perspective, but that is not much the hotel can do about, so just take it as information. All other aspects of the stay were very fine, especially quality of breakfast was really nice and reception personnel always pleasant to talk to. Was not able due to time constrains enjoy the rest of the hotel services.

When I arrive in the room, this one was very cold. All electronic is not so easy to use : airco, television.... From my room, there was a lot of noise due to exterior work late in the evening and soon in the morning .

The hotel is really welcoming: beautiful decorations, beautiful building, beautiful environment in summer with terraces. Room are big enough and the bathroom is modern.

Breakfast very poor for 33€??? Are you serious? Pillows small and hard: the materass outdated. Gym is underground and mini No support from the big disruption of parking due to road works.

Fancy furnitures and restoration of a historical building. The restaurant is excellent.

There were no curtains in the bathroom and since there is no door between bathrooms and bedroom, the early summer daylight was shining on the bed in full as of 6am. (room 174). Very disturbing.

The hotel is in old building, beautifully renovated! The room was big, nicely decorated with a lot of light and a nice view to the water. Walking distance to the center, maybe 10-15 minutes. The parking is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, very conveniently located. I would recommend the hotel and for sure if during my travels I will find somewhere else a hotel from this chain, for sure I will choose it.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel as I am certain that I left a new white shirt on my bed, but it was not found. This lack of accountability and inability to locate my missing item is unfortunate, and it has made me decide not to return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it was an okay experience. The cleanliness was impressive, and everything looked brand new. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bed. 2 extremely soft separate mattresses which were almost “touching floor” when you try to even sit on it. We had a feeling that the topper is missing. It was not a comfortable sleep because 2 people roll into the middle or it was difficult to turn on side because sinking deep in. And we both of 70 kg and 85 kg of weight respectively.

Beautiful interior of whole hotel, high-ceiling room, design-oriented bathroom with very strong shower, friendly polite staff, excellent breakfast.

I found the pillows to big and fat (first world problems!) so didn’t sleep as well as usual.

Pillows! I have never seen such small pillows on a bed, they are square like you would have on a sofa not a bed woke me up, rolling off them, which is such a shame as the rooms and finish are great
