For a family with two teenage kids the costs are quite high.

The Breakfast was very good. They offering a great variety of food and drinks. Good value for money. The rooms and the whole facility is nice and comfortable and modern.

I got a room on the third floor. There’s no elevator access there, so I had to carry all my luggage (had a lot of work gear with me, so it was quite heavy) up the stairs. No one offered to help. The hallway was boiling hot and the airco in the room didn’t work all that well. While I was showering I saw lots of hairs and a spot of blood on the tiles. Not the best experience all in all.

airco didn’t work, night receptionist didn’t think airco wasn’t working . the digital meter says 16 degrees, so it must be 16 Celsius, while it was 28 degrees in the room. shame, because the hotel looks amazing. brand new, beautiful renovation, but …

the room , for me it was horrible..... specially because the bathroom is all opened , no door , ...from the bed you see everything....no intimity the room was like a amenaged attic

The restaurant seemed to be having staff training night. The food was poor, the burger was on a brioche, the Vongole was unavailable, the Bruschetta was on a dry wholemeal biscuit

Windows cannot be opened, so A/C needs to run all the time and the warmth is not evenly distributed across the suite. But this is a minor thing or maybe even irrelevant for most people.

1.Room has a open bath . May be ok for EU cultures but not for Asian cultures . Privacy is to be respected. 2. No bell boys. Well 75 years + also exist on this planet. Is this EU 4 Star ratting??? 3, Not disabability freindly. No Wheel Chair. No ramps. Old people have lot of money respect them. My disabled child had a lot of difficulty in climbing 5 steps at entrance.

lift was a bit small

we didn't take the breakfast option which was a bit expensive-16 euros. Location not central, but easily walkable. Hotel and room very quiet. Excellent bar-very comfortable and clean Very good service. Room was comfortable and cleanWe had one meal in the restaurant which was good and reasonable.

Service at the bar (during opening hours!) and terrace are poor and not well organized. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings and hallway's can be better.

I stayed for 8 nights, each day the breakfast was perfect with good service and well organized, Location on walking distance from the city center is great

Try to provide soap, shampoo and shower gel for 2 people when you have 2 guest staying. Also, if you offer instant coffee it will be nice to make a refill for the next morning.

-check in amateuristic - then you have to go out to pay for your car - elevator broken - during breakfast my breakfast disappeared when i went for an extra coffees - the airco in the room strange kind of bubbling noise - no real window the sight from the room was some roof ???? all in all not the best nor professional hospitality as they are not able to be guest centric in a simple and normal way in this hotel. at check out not even the question “sir how was your stay”. that probably say it all, they just don’t really care or are interested in this..

only 1 person in this hotel the waiter in the restaurant was able to see ‘a guest’
