Rooms were not 100% clean . Breakfast was very nice but around 10:30 they started cleaning up even though it’s open until 11:00 . You must pay for parking at the property a and there is not charging station for electric cars

Chaotic at reception due to a wedding exhibition. The lifts are slow to arrive.

Triple room was great. Very good size and well equipped. Compact but pleasant spa facilities.

As we arrived the staff seemed quite under pressure for an event that was taking place in the hotel and this was probably the reason behind a couple quite cold answers I received At night people on the street below were very very loud

The location is amazing and the restaurant staff was beyond kind and supportive (we went with our little daughter)

The weekend we spent at the hotel there was a time change. On Sunday morning we went to the spa but it was closed (perhaps the hotel staff forgot about the time change). We went an hour later, it was already open but the saunas were not on and no staff was around even 2 hours after the opening. We mentioned this during our checkout but the receptionist did not care and did not apologise.

The hotel is in a great location. We had a very nice room and we particularly liked the relaxing zone (part of the spa). We booked a massage which was done very professionally and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast is also amazing!

breakfast was below expectations if you enjoy warm food in the morning. Sauna needs to be used with bathing suit. Staff was unusually unfriendly. Use of elevator was complicated without staff or signs explaining the process - therefore long waiting time. No provision of towels in the spa.

The furnishings could be a bit nicer, looked tired...

Our room was very big, and had beautiful historical features. Beautiful windows. Nice bathroom with claw foot tub and wonderful shower.

I would fix a bit SPA area and distribute towels and sleepers. Steam bath requires some sanitary actions and shower next to it was broken. Water dispenser or a jar with a lemon water would not be superfluous in the SPA area. Big tea mags are always appreciated by the guests instead of small coffee caps, both at the breakfast and in the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Hotel is located on the hill therefore reception is on the top floor and other floors are located down the hill, very unusual and interesting set up. Beautiful historical building. Generous and varied breakfast. Great location next to the station and to the city center. Spacious rooms. Ice dispensers on each floor. Night shop around the corner in walking distance for the late arrivals. Nice SPA area with a swimming pool and sauna. Nice huge old castle just a minute away - must visit place. Great restaurant areas with fine cuisine. Good reception bar. Terrace.

Parking ramp did not go open so had to go back to the reception. Main room light was not functioning so after few calls with the reception had to change rooms.

Room was a little too dark even with all the lights on.

Spacious comfortable room. Great restaurant. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast buffet was very impressive. Secure parking.

I found the lifts confusing - some lifts only to access the spa. Also the numbering system of the floor levels foe example reception was on floor 7.

The modern room and bathroom Kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The hotel is built on a hill with the reception being at street level and this is also the top floor with some great views especially at night. In order to access the rooms guests are required to go down levels instead of up.

Sauna didn’t work properly and it seemed that people from out of hotel had access to the sauna.

having gone for dinner, the service was very poor: it took almost 20min to get a drink; the staff were not particularly enthusiastic or helpful; a long waiting time for food; this influenced us in not taking up the breakfast option; for a four star hotel the service quality was highly lacking.

The room was really well furnished, a great size; marvellous bathroom; a super comfy bed; thoughtfully furnished; quiet room as well; breakfast we did not sample;

The dinning room service was poor, stayed 3 nights , booked a specific table for night 2 and when we arrived( on time) it was occupied. No explanation, no apologies, not attempt to right the wrong, but we were not served with anything without trying to attract attention and then Asking for food Drink , or anything They let down the hotel and it’s other hard working staff.

The parking situation was dicey- i consider myself a good driver but I had a moment of panic when i entered to park but couldn't get into a parking space and wasn't even sure I could get out without scraping a bumper.

Rooms were comfortable and modern, breakfast is not to be missed, pool/hot tub were great too. The restaurant dinner meal was also excellent. Property was walking distance to the Christmas markets which were lovely. Staff were helpful
