We started a four day, point-to-point bike tour in Liege, and I thought this would be a good send-off location. The hotel and staff were nice and accommodating, even if our group of cyclists was a little out of place in this setting. I selected the hotel with a parking filter selected as we had lots of things (bikes) to get in and out of the car - the garage parking is nearby, but not onsite. There was a secure location to store the bikes, which we appreciated, but it was not covered. The food was good, but service was very slow despite there being a large waitstaff. It all had a nice appearance, but something felt a little flat overall.

The room had no charm, with a building just in front of my window... in the morning there was a big construction site next door, the wifi didn't work at all in the room...

Too pricey for a room with no view at all. The receptionist told me that prices were high because a conference was scheduled, so maybe the timing of my visit was unfortunate, but if prices were similar I would choose somewhere else on a return visit.

Had to change rooms to be able to connect to wi-fi. Sadly, because people steal rooters, but reception should have been more responsive to that, rather than telling me: it should work, we will fix tomorrow, please try a different network, etc. When reception finally sent a lady to our room, she saw there was no reception and immediately offered a different room.

The hotel has a very nice feeling about it, it looks elegant, homey and lovely. Loved the perfect bathroom and toiletries.

I think the bed is very old. Not comfortable especially for us who like hard beds. As it was raining, the small pool was too crowded and the spa massage was fully booked which is somewhat understandable.

The location was good - thru the spa reception, we could easily reach the city center where the main church is. The restaurent and bar are good. The staff is friendly and food is good for all time.

Not to clean, stuff not friendly, no bar at pool. The biggest problem is at restaurants, food was not well made at all. Fish, beef, burgers etc all of them needed more cooking. All food was so bloody.

The tables in the dining area were not cleared/cleaned regularly during breakfast, particularly on December 15th. The woman responsible for keeping the food choices filled was trying to do everything, an impossible task. She was pleasant, efficient but trying to make up for lack of staff. A man who had been “standing around” (perhaps a manager type) finally made himself useful after doing very little beforehand. Guests were upset.

Spa facilities shut at 9pm. Japanese restaurant limited to weekends. No clock in room.

Parking in front of the hotel can be hard to manouver in around. Our bathroom could've been a bit cleaner.

The WiFi was shocking and dropped off every few minutes. Our tv didn’t work and the room, although a good size, was a bit soulless and dark.
