It wasn’t clear that we could have parked at the property for a reduced rate as we were staying two nights. P&R was quite far away and cost about €30 in an Uber.

It’s lovely and quirky - don’t expect a ‘normal’ hotel! Room (Tokyo) was awesome, with high ceilings and a great movie and sound system. Bed was on the floor as was the other furniture so don’t take this room if you have back problems. Private Bathroom next to the room was huge with a big walkin shower.

A fantastic ground floor apartment right in the centre of Ghent. The Shanghai unit had an Eastern flavour, a massive walk in shower, plus a bath, and access to an outside heated hot-tub. We also had access to a shared kitchen, and complementary coffee via a nespresso machine. We loved the apartment, and intend to return. Recommended.

The check in process was slightly difficult - and required phone contact which can be rather expensive. Also we agreed parking with them but then were told on the day that it was given to another guest.

The location is absolutely perfect - you are really close to the centre of Gent. The room itself is huge and luxurious - you feel like you're on a movie set. The bathroom is also really large as is the jacuzzi outside. Also the guy who runs the place is great, very responsive on whatsapp and gives excellent recommendations around the city.

The only thing and it’s a small thing is that I would have preferred a way to make a drink in my room rather than a shared kitchen but it wasn’t the end of the world!!

I liked it was very individual and boutique.. and I had a hot tub!

A boutique hotel/B&B this is clearly a labour of love for the owner, Vincent. He has put real thought into each room and thoughtful touches like a tea selection and fresh waffles in the morning. We had the Tokyo/Marrakech rooms which are linked so idea for a family and the Japanese style beds meant our toddler could sleep in the bed without the usual worries re falling out. The stay exceeded our expectations - the rooms and bathroom are big, comfortable, clean and Vincent is an amazing host. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

It was super hot so a portable fan would have been great but we survived. A very small nit...

Great experience, great room, great location...Vincent was exceptional and so rewarding to get to know. He took care of everything we needed to adjust/change on our trip and went over and above as a Host. We would stay here again anytime and strongly recommend while in Ghent.

My husband, who is tall, has a bad back. For him, the bed was too soft. That was our chief issue. It is hard to complain when things are mostly good and someone saw to our principal issue.

We self catered so this is not applicable. The room was spacious and the host was very pleasant. He was most helpful with regard to a parking spot and carrying our luggage upstairs. The property was quirky which we enjoy.

The Buddah frightened me in the night! Not sure which was more difficult - making the lights work on the hot tub or working out how to put out the room lights...

We had the ground floor Shanghai suite which was remarkable! Be prepared for a big east Asian experience! Very comfortable bed and plenty of space. The shower is big enough for a football team... The "spa bath" turned out to be a hot tub in the back yard which was ready to use. First class tea and coffee in the kitchen area. All in all an unique experience.

It was a bit difficult to manage the lights. It would have been nice to have ordinary chairs on the veranda.

We didn´t eat breakfast. The location was fine. The flat was very cosy but unusual.

The heater was a bit low for us so it was rather cold at night

The owner Vincent is superb! He is really nice and support us all the way until we leave town. Big space and funky design for the room we stayed (Shanghai). There’s even outdoor jacuzzi only for us.

We had the Shanghai suite. it’s a huge space so we had a great deal of room to spread all our stuff out. having access to the kitchen allows us to make tea coffee etc. a really good facility. the location is a little way from the noisy tourist centre which made it much quieter

I loved everything. Maybe suggest setting up an area where one can charge their phones and electronics?

It didn't have an elevator
