The somewhat basic rooms were arranged around a central area. Some noise from other guests talking there was annoying at times.

The hotel was well located with some good eating places nearby. Whilst not central, it was easy to get to. As a single female traveller, I felt safe. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The only improvement needed would be to have eggs in the breakfast but otherwise it's in a very nice room.

It was my third time in the hotel and I continue to think it is the best combination of a good location, a cozy environment, nice staff and a good breakfast. Room on the fourth floor had also good light.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was our room, which was on the first floor just off the lobby. It felt dark and not very private. But it was clean and comfortable.

A bit pricey for what it is.

Well located near Brussels’s main shopping street, a short Metro ride from the Eurostar station. Nice enough hotel with pleasant staff.

There’s no Elevator even the small one.

The place says for itself as Vintage. Clean, Retro decors and lovely place and very helpful staff. Over all stay was good apart from we were allocated on the second floor which has a very narrow stairs and no elevator service. Difficult specially when carrying some heavy luggages.

Most of the TV channels didn't work. The walls deserve a new paint, some of the decoration elements, pictures frames, etc. are a little bit cheap, but nothing bad really!

The breakfast was great. It's clean and cosy. Personal was helpful and nice. Location is perfect: both central and quite.

Lovely small hotel in an excellent location in Brussels! You can't top this neighborhood. Super friendly staff, great value for money. Will stay here in my next trip to Brussels.

The hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable, the room I was in was spacious and very friendly staff. I love the location, short walk from a metro station. I will definitely want to stay there again.

It was a small room but I suppose we could have upgraded if we wanted to pay more.

Excellent location, quiet but handy for a range of eating places. Staff were very helpful and it was a real boon to be able to leave our luggage securely after checking out.

Location was excellent, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and shops all around the hotel. It is 25 minute walk to the touristic center of the city, but there is lot more actual life close to the hotels location.

Breakfast was super fresh and affordable, the bonus is that when I woke up I could smell the freshly baked croissants in the hallways of the Hotel. Furthermore, the ambience in the hotel is very cosy, and comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly.

Perhaps a little far out from the main attractions for some (25 - 30 min walk) but I knew where it was when booked so it's not a dislike more an FYI.

Lovely ambience, quite "quirky", staff very helpful and friendly. Good selection of bars/restaurants on the doorstep. Comfortable room, lush shower!

I found some staff quite nonfriendly and uninterested in responding politely. The heater wasn't working. Unhappy with the initial room given, should not have been offered to us in the first place as that was not the type of room we paid for.

The location of the property is within walking distance from the Metro station, there are supermarkets nearby. The restaurants are quite upscale and have fine dining. We walked a little ahead in the neighborhood to find cheaper options. The initial room given to us was quite congested and claustrophobic, upon request it was changed to a much better room on the lower floor. However, the heater wasn't working in any of the rooms. Some of the staff were quite helpful in guiding us regarding the transport options and the locations with cool vibes and clubs.
