The hotel rooms are very small and space is restricted.

Air conditioner worked well and breakfast was good value for money.

The room was hire small which made it a bit difficult opening a suitcase. The shower was also small.

Checkin was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. The location was great. Close to shops, cafes, bars restaurants and a small grocery store. Walking distance to the underground.

The only thing that we didn't particularly appreciate was the beds were all very narrow. The double was a small double and the singles were definitely on the small side for single beds.

Room was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight with all the little dishes, the fresh bread, and delicious coffee and croissants.

No air-conditioning in our room, but may not be a hotel-issue. We were offered fans. Room super-nice but slightly tired. Very positive and would stay again. At top end of what was expected for price and size.

Unique, good location for tourist activities but quiet at night. Superb staff and service.

A lot of mould in bathroom that could have been cleaned. Not comfortable pillows. No shampoo, only a hand wash.

The pillow was way to hard and thick. I have wide shoulders and sleep on the side and even I found it uncomfortable.

The floors are pretty creaky so was woken up very early by the guests in the room above mine walking around. Popped in earplugs and everything was fine.

Funky hotel in a very good location near the Louise metro/tram stop in Brussels. Easy access to Gare du Midi. Love the furnishings and retro vibes. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast deal is really quite good. All in all, cool nice place to spend a short trip in the heart of Brussels!

A few more hooks in the room would have been useful, since there was little floor space. One of the towels was torn ( though of course it still worked). No vegan options for breakfast.

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, for 10€ good value. Quiet except when the rubbish trucks came. Restaurants nearby including really busy syrian/lebanese.

I found the rooms were not exceptionally clean, the walls were grubby and in need of a good paint/scrub, the mirror in the bathroom was quite old and chipped around the edges and the carpets could do with being industrially cleaned, hoovered into the corners (clumps of dust and fluff around the skirting boards) I felt the downstairs area smelled of “dirty mop” smell and when I witnessed the floors being mopped one morning, it was definitely the smell of dirty mops being moved about. As that was the breakfast area, that really grossed me out .

Quirky decor and really friendly, helpful staff. Location is about a 20 minute walk to the Central square.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, we even didn’t use it. As i understand , hotel floors are partly made by wood, since we were hearing every footstep of our neighbors.

Nice interior in lobby, friendly staff. Hotel is located near the good restaurants and close to city center.
