In April, when arrived the temperature in the room was no more than 13 Celsius degrees, took 4 hours to warm up. The room rate was high and not sure if it's paying the value. The parking wasn't included and the parking block where they offered the option looks scary, also all the time when you need to open the entrace should go to reception to ask for rfid tag

There is no way to open the window a little for ventilation, only completely open (but the window is not secured in the open position) + anyway the window face a big road where cars drive all night. So – not enough fresh air and it may be too noisy.

Clean, simple and neat design, good breakfast. Very comfortable bathroom, bedding set and pillows. The location is very good from a tourist point of view

There was only one negative, which is not the fault of the hotel or staff at all, but the hotel is located next to a busy road, in general the noise didn't bother us much, but when an odd ambulance or police used to pass it was quite loud. Otherwise, I have no bad points and positives definitely outweigh this minor issue.

This was probably the best hotel we stayed in so far. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all matters from parking to finding an adaptor to charge my phone. They were also very child friendly and made us feel very comfortable as a family. I loved the fact that we could regulate the temperature and the air conditioning in the rooms, the little coffee machine in each room was a big plus too. Showers were exceptional and the bed mattresses were very comfy. We only stayed for one night, but I truly wished we could stay longer and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling in Brussels. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much!🥰🥰🥰

The only thing I did not like were beds (i.e. bed - since I was alone in a triple room and I used only one bed), they were not comfortable enough (in my opinion too soft and narrow for single bed) but it might be just me and my habits.

Room was comfortable and spacious, but I have to accent that I alone stayed at the Executive triple room. I am not sure how comfortable it would be for three people. Staff was very helpful and professional. Nice touch from the hotel were ear plugs since my room was on the street side and they turned out to be extremely valuable.

The hotel's surroundings (streets) are entirely under construction, which difficult arriving and parking with car. The hotel is in front of a big avenue, so not so silent. The breakfast is very expensive.

The room is very good and the hotel is very close to the historical centre, metro and tramway. The staffs are attentive. Very good price.
