My only suggestion is it needs a strong reading light on the bed. I had my head torch so was fine, and the desk was fine, but hard to read in bed with the dim night lights.

Cosy, quiet, super comfy bed, good wifi, really good breakfast that in the end I was glad I got. I was there for a conference so all for convenience. I hired a bike using Mobil to get around Hasselt and (as was three days) that was worth every penny. Free coffee/tea available in the lobby all the time which was great.

Rooms are as per the reviews, a bit on the unclean side. I had a fake eyelash in the sink and don't look under the mattress or behind the TV.....Best not to know.

They call them cabins, not rooms. And that's what you get. An incredibly small room in which the bed is in a kind of box, so the inside person needs to wake up the other person if they want to go to the toilet in the night. Toilets don't have a door you can close. Illumination is minimal and the cabins are decorated in dark blue and black so everything is dark. In the morning, instead, you cannot darken the room. Air circulation and room temperature are centrally controlled so there nothing you can do about it. The expression that you're there only to sleep has been honored! And therefore the price is adjusted

The price is probably unbeatable, but the size of the room explains why it is so cheap. Breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. Good condition of facilities, looks quite new. Lift and nice sitting are in the lobby

Location was close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well decorated and well taken care of. Bathroom was clean and the view was nice. Where the room was located is quit in the night so that’s good to me. 😊👍🏾

The light switches were strange and in two different rooms I stayed in there was an issue with the bed light switches and which light they were connected too changed every time.

the price 210.- per night is too high, which means for me they rise prices when demand is high :) it is not worth 210.- meaning the bed you cant access from 2 sides for example so always one needs to climb over

Bed sheet had rips/holes (hidden under pillow). Only replaced after two of three night stay. Mattress was uneven so was a roll together. Conditioner and shampoo empty. Should be checked and topped up. Charged for coffee (no coffee or drink making facility in room). Asked for use of an ironing board. Told to speak to reception. Who then said they didn't have one. Shower unable to be on cold? No do not disturb sign for room so door opened when we were in the room late morning getting ready a long journey from UK. Maintenance noise (drilling).

Close to train station. Aircon good. Was available for a last minute booking.

I really liked pretty much everything this place. Location, price and, staff were polite. coming from USA jet-lack sometimes is not good and the night staff were very understandable. Thankful for that.

The staff didn't greet me when entering the hotel and it took some time for them to acknowledge me. They also were busy with other stuff and chitchatting with each other while checking me in. I'm not expecting a 5-star treatment from a hotel in this budget range, but just being nice and acknowledging the costumer would be nice. I've also read you get some cava when arriving, I saw the setup with the bottle but was never offered some. The fact that the whole bathroom was open and had no door could also lead up to tome awkward moments if you're not that close with the person accompanying you.

It was a good price for the room, but lots of the facilities were poor quality. I liked the overall "more special" look of the hotel. The location is also good, and I just parked a few streets further, which was free.

Well my room was terribly cold, so had to make an exchange with my son, so I do feel the temperature thermat should be flexible for everyone.

-Well not speaking any French at all and having a wonderful receptionist via phone and at desk communicating extremely well was a delight and to add she presented me with a glass of bubbly, which was definitely needed after the long trip from from London.
