Staff; except housekeeping THEY NEED TO LEARN WHAT IS HOSPITALITY……

Room, bathroom was clean 🙂 but the staffs need to be more hospitable. Regardless of the confirmation of high floor from the reservation team the receptionist put on 5th floor. We were given smoking room and when we request for non smoking room she said unless we want twin beds. Al though they had rooms available on high floor still she didn’t give us!!🧐

Very good value for the price , everything was great starting from check in by the beautiful arabic lady at the reception to the friendly staff in all the hotel specially room service....only i have one comment that there were tea,sugar and cups inside the room but no boiler.

When I called to change the reservation date they didn’t answer although my booking was changeable then I requested to waive fees but I was met with complete silence!! And when a friend came to stay with me they charged me extra 10 BD!!!! I’ve never in my life been charged extra cause I’ve already reserved the room for 2 adults .. when I came to the room there were no toiletries or towels and I called reception and they said they well bring the call was 12:30 pm I went out to get things and I got back at 3pm and still they didn’t bring anything so I had to call back and remind them and the guy in reception acted so chocked!! Also the TV had no satellite channels only tv and it was so bad.. the bed was really uncomfortable and finally the checkout was at 12 pm !!! When most hotels make check out at 2:00 and if u ask they will make it at 2:30 this was a really bad experience for me and I will not reserve in this hotel ever again

I have been going to the hotel for several years. Its price is reasonable. Firstly, the cleanliness is good and there is no noise. It is close to the restaurant street and the staff is helpful.

Please retire receptionist woman. She is rude and make everything that guest don’t wanna stay more in your hotel. My first and last time in this hotel. And also remove answers about visitors on booking com where you answered with id allowed but when my friend came not allowed! Also shower not clean and no kettle in the room. Then for what put tea bags?

1) Hotel receptionist was rude. She doesn't even greet us and shows her own attitude. The keralite guy was ok. Management should remove this lady and replace her with some humble lady will be a good option 2) Service was not good. To list down, No comb for hair dressing, No complimentary water bottle ( they charge 1 small water bottle for 1 BD ) no bathroom mat, no room/bathroom chappals, no hanger for clothes. 3) Bathroom water doesn't drain and is stagnant on the floor. Told the receptionist lady to address the issue and also asked to clean the room before we left for the day. To my surprise, on my return I found neither of the request was fixed. The receptionist says she told the maintenance team but she don't know if they have done it or not. Come on, its your responsibility to make it done instead of opening your hands. Fed-up totally after a tired day. 4) The maintenance guy came to the room and told me the water cannot be drained at bathroom automatically and it should be done manually after each one of us finish our bath 😭😭😭😭 come on are you serious guys ?????????? 5) they claim them as 4-star hotel but the services are not upto the mark. I requested for breakfast for 2 or 3 times and still they delayed to provide me after an hour. 6) to my surprise once i complete my stay i checked the booking.com app and found my booking was cancelled. They charged me as per my booking at the counter but they cancelled my reservation. I don't know why. Maybe they are trying to avoid brokerage fee to booking.com 6) Guys you can find better hotel for your stay. This hotel will disappoint you.

A bit of noice from the night club, but the staff did warn me.

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. The staff were very helpful. I was very happy that I could park my car in the car park and not have to leave it on the road.

- USD exchange rate was 7% less than the official rate. - The Hip hop club sound is loud if you want to sleep early take that into consideration
