Restaurant, room service menu was limited. Breakfast buffet was really terrible. They need to seriously do renovation for the building to fix all issues. The hotel management are not monitoring the quality of the food service specifically the breakfast that the guests are paying money against it. The breakfast buffet was in the place or in the disco section!!!!!.

Spacious and convenient free parking saved me the hassle and cost of finding street parking. The comfortable bed and ample workspace made the room perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The flexible check-in and check-out options were incredibly convenient

Old building, the hangers in the bathroom are broken. Not possible to change settings in AC because buttons are not working. Only one elevator worked for 11 floor building. The second was out of order. We received one towel for 2 persons. We asked for quiet room and we got the room when we hear and felt beats from close disco party during our 2 nights stay from 22:00 till 05:00. At the breakfast the cheapest products even with margarine instead of butter, only white bread, lack of tea cups, breakfast's restaurant without daily light, very dark and unpleasant. In general we were very disappointed by this place

Everything was ok. The apartment was big and had all the facilities for a small family, it felt like home away from home. It was great atmosphere for Christmas which I loved and the staff were lovely. We were allowed late check out too which was a bonus.

Cleanliness could be improved. One of the elevator doors makes noise and needs to be fixed. The breakfast buffet is very frugal and could be improved.

Most Important Comment:- This was my 2nd stay at this Hotel. 1st one in 2019 was excellent, but now Hotel is clearly facing huge Budget Cut, and their services have become quite poor. 1-) Problem check-in/out - Only 1 person available for luggage for all guests. We have to wait for long time if we want to avail this service. 2-) Swimming Pool Water is not clean. 3-) Swimming Pool temperature controlling function is damaged. Water is cold like glacier after 5 pm. My kids were extremely disappointed with this as they were unable to enjoy in pool. The major reason for selecting this hotel was indoor Pool facility. 4-) Suana room is not maintained. 5-) Extreme Dirty carpets with random deep marks all across the room area. Furniture is old without repair. 6-) Walls of room are dirty with children pencil drawings here and there. 7-) Worn seat cover of room chair. 8-) No room service for first 2 days despite of phone calls. I requested receptionist 3rd day in-person and then my room was cleaned. Even then, they did not provide room tissue paper box and washroom rolls.! 9-) No updating of toiletries. We have to use 3-4 small soaps/shampoo during our whole stay. Luckily we had our own Shampoo and Soap with us. 10-) Breakfast needs to be improved. At-least fresh fruit juices should be added.

A cheap hotel in Juffair which provides everything you may need. Great location. However, much better hotels are available but the Grand Safir offers excellent value for money.

The room has a lot of dust...pillows, cabinet, tv and coffee cups. The cleaning is upon request. They should keep the room clean at all times. No daily housekeeping.

While I appreciate the efforts of your staff and certain aspects of the stay, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the unpleasant smell experienced in both the hotel room and the aisle. Upon entering the hotel room, there was a noticeable and persistent unpleasant odor that was quite off-putting. Additionally, I noticed a similar smell lingering in the aisle leading to the room.

AC was not working, and the maintenance guy just came once, and the second time, he never came to check when asked again. Water was dripping from the toilet roof, probably from the air duct. Hotel maintenance needs attention overall in many aspects.

Hotel parking was available. Breakfast was good, and the staff was cooperative. Smart TV was available, which was added value.
