it needs upgrading and a refurbish. rooms should be cleaned daily not just at the end of a five night stay.

It was such a great location with some remarkable scenery. Great location for swimming fishing, boating, or hiking. But it was too cold to do do any of that.

No typical amenities available in room.ie coffee maker or water pot, door lock in need of repair, limited hot water heater capacity, spring loaded mattresses (old and warn). Highly inneed of an interior decorated.

There was nobody at the reception during my 2 days stay. Secondly I have not seen any guests in or around the entire building. There was NO possibility to have a breakfast early morning at 7.30 or 8.00 (as there was simply nobody there). There was no warm water, factually no water at all, when opening the hot water valve. This was related to a "light switch" without label intended for the boiler, but even when this one was activated, there still was no warm water at all. The bathroom looks terrible, with corroded shower head / valves, loose towel hooks, broken or loose tiles on the floor. The "flat screen" had only one channel showing the Mosque and all other channels there was "snow", nothing could be received on it. First evening power interruption for over 30 minutes.

I booked one night stay on weekend. ROOM was not ready till 19:00 PM which shown in booking 1400 pm. All preparation for room cleanliness stated as we arrived at 18:00 PM on main entrance gate and we sit outside for 1 hour and nobody came instead we step up to check our room. No Internet password provided.. In kitchen only rice cooked so we brought food from outside.. Internal phone nobody picked either from reception or kitchen.breskfast came to room after visiting two times personal visit to them.. Mobile signals for around 30 mins also not came . The pool was dirty.. The areas for family siting are better but not taken care from years Its area to come for swimming in sea not for room night stay

There is no enough staff! Nobody in the reciption for service and the price is too much for the property condition!! I am old visitor to this place nothing changed from more than 5 years! There is no lifesupport guy near the beach.. and there is no good restaurant ... we left 3 hours befor check out time :(

. Mattress rock hard...Fridge was filthy, especially inside.TV was set to channels showing sex and viagra and enlargement of penis adds! Which were amusing but prob offensive to most people..No western satelitte channels..or english channels...doors lockable but evidence of serious forced entry around door locks which is a security concern. Fix doors so doesnt look like police have kicked in the doors.. No microwave, no tea or coffee making facilities.. No reception or security available at posts either downstairs in reception or security gate when I left at 6:40am. No where to deposit key on way out.. Just left room key on reception desk.Only one available power socket..table and chairs poor quality and no where comfortable to work on your computer. Fix the shower wall fitting so that the sprayhead is lower and adjustable to the user...its fixed so its impossible to have a nice shower without having to hold and remove the shower nozzle and forced to hold it by hand. Im 187 cms..its too high for me.. Short people wouldnt be able to reach it cause set too high and no adjustment. Leave water heaters on. Switch was off. Fix a tray soap or shampoo shelf close to shower as there is nowhere to place soap, face cloth, except on the toilet. Make an info brochure with lots of pictures for guests for places close by that are great to visit...BIC, Water park, the beach and cafes and shops and restaurants close by.. Arrange with the restaurants and cafes across from F1 BIC to deliver to your Resort..or have your own pickup rider.. They are only 7 mins drive away.. But they all say..no delivery to the beach. That's just crazy

Like the location a lot. Was terrible high winds and bad weather so couldnt really benefit its location..beautiful seaside spot..room nice and large..people friendly..good price...basics good. Wireless internet good. Basics were OK

(1) Checking was very slow. (2) People were smoking on hotel areas supposed non smoking. (3) No breakfast available or proposed. (4) Was difficult find parking a slot. (5) TV was not working (6) Property has a private beach that was not clean... (7) they had so 100s of visitors on the beach partying until very late in the night...
