The reception staff. A friend of mine wants to extend her stay and she was told that its fully booked for regular room for the day. I immediately checked the proper in booking.com and i saw that there are still available. How come they never gave that option to us? Are they upselling? Im very dissappointed. More over, if u want to request for utensils, they will provide plastic dispossables. Seriously? I thought im in fast food. Also, no bellboy to assist in check in and check out of your luggauge. I have to carry it myself

I like my hotel room view and its very spacious. My housekeeper VIJAY is very polite and always make my room clean and comfortable. I think he is the only staff that i like in that hotel and Mr. Hesham as well, the manager. He is such a nice guy.

The bed was horrible to sleep on!! Stop calling to the rooms and promoting restaurants and offers. Would be better if you left the menu with the lastest offers, Rather than calling at 2am!

Rooms need to be insulated, next door was group of men , they were like they are staying with us as walls are very thin also the room had a door to the next room (closed) but I think it helps transferring the sound also

Mattress little soft and could feel the spring underneath. Lifts may take time with delays from floor 6, where night clubs are functioning.

I recently stayed at the Diva Hotel in Bahrain. I was very impressed with the hotel overall, but I was particularly impressed with Jayat. Jayat was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great stay. When I checked in, He gave me a detailed tour of the hotel and told me about all the amenities. During my stay, I had a few questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. Jayat was always happy to answer my questions. He even gave me some recommendations for restaurants and activities. On the day of my checkout, Jayat was again very helpful. He made sure that I had everything I needed and that my bill was correct. He also gave me a warm goodbye and wished me a safe trip home. I would highly recommend staying at the Diva Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jayat I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Facilities need some upgrade on Smart TV, and hoping additional basic facilities like Microwave oven. We have only concern on the cleaning of rooms even without any request from guest. They would clean the room if you are out of the hotel.

First is the price deal I got because of Genius. Location wise was okay near to The Avenues and City Center. Bathroom was okay. Bedroom lightings are also okay.
