Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThere are small details not working well. My room was 707. 1. Hair dryer was not working 2. The bath tube supposes to make bubbles, but it was not working. 3. Hot water takes time to be hot. As per reception it's normal and need to keep wasting water from 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes hot. Regarding the breakfast, in general is good. I firmly believe they need to serve a better coffee. An automatic self service machine would be a good option to offer different coffees instead of the black premade coffee that they are currently serving.
They were very nice to me and gave me an upgrade of my booking. I ended up in an appartment with 2 rooms, 3 toilets and a kitchen. It had an amazing view and I am very thankful. The pool and the beach is extremely nice and there are always parkings available in their parking. All the staff was very welcoming and kind.

Saudi ArabiaThe hotel.rooms need a major upgrade. The music at the beach was pretty awful but I guess it was a brunch . The entertainment at the pool could easily be better controlled, so that we are not seeing ads after every song. It's a bit weird being at a nice pool and then a YouTube ad comes on kind of interrupting your relaxation.
The pool, the beach, the food and drinks were great. The size of the hotel room was great! The view from the room was the best in Bahrain

Saudi ArabiaWI-FI: We struggled to connect from our room. I raised the problem but nothing changed. Finally we found a solution : connect through different room, 1401 HOUSEKEEPING: I asked 3 times for extra towels but never received any ! "AZUL" beach bar staff: The hotel and the beach-bar are under different management. Staff of beach bar was not so polite to hotel guests. They were acting more like policemen. Just to mention one incident, they tried to restrict my access to the pool because I was carrying my coffee that i had prepared in my room !! Of course I ignored them. BEACH: Although the beach is sandy, clean and beautiful the designated area for swimming is very swallow , just below the knee

The light in the living room was able to close because the switch was broken and the technician was working from 12.30 after midnight until 1.15 am They should be checking the room before the tenant inter the hotel. Elite Resort is my favorite property in Bahrain by far. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel. It is in the best location, it has the best views and it has the best leisure place Azul restaurant and pub.
