The AC in the rooms are too fierce with poor control. It's typical in Bahrain and prepare with some clothing layers. TV didn't work but that's OK as it was nice to get away from it. I was sleeping off my large breakfast on a Beach Cabana and was told by a Security Guard I can't stay there. WT?? I am a paying guest. No one had asked me if I want a drink or anything. Only this. In the end he backed down and said I could stay but it spoiled my mood and woke me up. So I found a Sunbed by the pool instead. Why say that to a paying guest?

The room was a 3 Bed Apartment with plenty of space. The Buffet Lunch was awesome, friendly staff and the area outside by the pool and the beach are perfect. The Buffet Breakfast was also great. Really nice selection and an Egg Station. This place is a little gem. There are outdoor DJ's and events on their beach and try to find out what's going on as it's a great setting.

There was a smell of Indian food in Ground floor. The beach is not encouraging to swim in the water of the gulf because it was not a clear water. The doors that are separating the zones are hard to pull to open

We were always able to park the car in the shaded parkings area. The swimming pool is nice. The gym contains 85% of the required equipments

I booked a sea view and I didn't get it. The only thing I wish they would change is the furniture and colors, they look dated, a bit old fashioned. PS, a bad smell was coming from the guest bathroom which is not something I faced on my previous visits.

It's not my first time and I always recommend the place to friends, the rooms are very spacious, friendly staff, clean facilities, usually an amazing view.

There are small details not working well. My room was 707. 1. Hair dryer was not working 2. The bath tube supposes to make bubbles, but it was not working. 3. Hot water takes time to be hot. As per reception it's normal and need to keep wasting water from 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes hot. Regarding the breakfast, in general is good. I firmly believe they need to serve a better coffee. An automatic self service machine would be a good option to offer different coffees instead of the black premade coffee that they are currently serving.

They were very nice to me and gave me an upgrade of my booking. I ended up in an appartment with 2 rooms, 3 toilets and a kitchen. It had an amazing view and I am very thankful. The pool and the beach is extremely nice and there are always parkings available in their parking. All the staff was very welcoming and kind.

The hotel.rooms need a major upgrade. The music at the beach was pretty awful but I guess it was a brunch . The entertainment at the pool could easily be better controlled, so that we are not seeing ads after every song. It's a bit weird being at a nice pool and then a YouTube ad comes on kind of interrupting your relaxation.

The pool, the beach, the food and drinks were great. The size of the hotel room was great! The view from the room was the best in Bahrain

The unexplained segregation for the hotel guests & beach bar facilities. The allowance of only one small bottle of water each at the beach area, security for the beach bar taking 2 bottles from us as we were not aware of the rules.
