There was no heater for the private swimming pool they told us it opened only in winter time which was inconvenient since we couldn’t fully enjoy of the private pool

The room rate is classified high, so these are comments from a satisfied fan to improve the guests experience in future amidst a competitive environment: - The private pool water is so cold in non winter times. Very annoying especially when there is a wind. -The water games and kids play park staff needs to be selected or trained about customer service and communications. They don't know how to smile :) , have a tendency to refuse guests requests easily based on non sense excuses , and switch off some arcade games when the guests number is few - There is a problem with pest control ( flying insects) around the private pool. Easy solutions could be applied such as Orange sticky ball for mosquitos, and blue light for flies, and other environmently freind techniques. Room 32 kitchen has a gecko that hides in the ceiling decor that caused a panic

-One of the great resorts for Bahrainees and for GCC citezen, to get away from loud city centres. -The cleaning and rooms staff are amazing - The golf cart staff are so kind and helpful - The rooms and chalets are very well maintained. Nothing is broken or obsolete - Quick response from room services - The location is away from all kinds of pollution and on the Qatari side of Bahrain beach frontiers - The restaurant chefs and food are superb with an acceptable higher than average prices - The breakfast collection is excellent, combining different food cultures

The smell outside was very bad and the location is far from the centre. They should consider to add more facilities for adults to enjoy after long family day.

limited number of beds that the whole villa has only one king bed and there is no way to request extra beds also limited number of towels available

Prices are comparatively high, and it would be appreciated if it had been revised. Moreover, there were a lot of mosquitos there.

Kinda far away from the center. Isolated area

Very clean resort. Very supportive staff. Temperature control private pool with good depth for kids. I wanted to extended my stay but unfortunately it was fully booked. I will visit again. Whatever i asked for in my booking was considered. I had one of my best stays in Bahrain.

Location, far from city, nothing nearby (restaurants, supermarkets), even simple ATM service is far, few restaurants deliver to the area

A bit of construction noise that started too early in the day

Our room was awesome, except for the Totten egg smell just outside our patio door, making the pool experience not as great as it could have been.

It was very nice that we could enjoy our breakfast in our villa, however choices were limited, no fruits for the included packages and no fresh juice available

Excellent hotel, spacious and clean villa. We really enjoyed the temperature controlled swimming pool. The Seaview Lounge (seafood restaurant) was very romantic as well as the whole setting in the beach

- Generally it's clean, but if you go deep detailing the place, they need to step up their cleaning service but I see huge improvement based on old previous reviews. - The bed is not comfortable, I hope they change as soon as possible. - buggy cruising near the road of the villa are very annoying at night, they disturb the peaceful nights. Maybe door noise seal or canceling the window to road will make the noise go down.

Cozy , large space with great large private temperature controlled pool. I liked the modern style , up with the trend.
