We have stayed before and really liked our experience. But this time the room smelt of sewerage and for a few hours after checking we still hadn't settled, we requested a change because the smell became worse. We were given a room without all the amenities in our previous suite. Everything we requested (slippers for 3, bathrobes for 3, sofa bed opened and sheets) was not done or given even after 3 hours from the request. Essentially for a one night stay we didn't settle in our room until 10.30 pm. Which was unacceptable. Having said that the next day we enjoyed the beach.

I'm not sure I couldn't find a hair dryer or if it wasn't there. This doesn't take away from how awesome the visit was.

If heaven was on earth, this would be it. Staff would definitely be the angels. My stay was too short. I would come again, and again annnnnd AGAIN ❤️

We were a little disappointed with the food, no evening buffet available except on the weekends and the breakfast buffet a little limited, not quite what we expect from Jumeriah! On the half board package for the evening we had a choice or Arabic or Italian in the evening and the food there was only satisfactory.

The hotel was lovely, grounds were immaculately maintained, touches in the room (for example complimentary beach bag and teddy for my son) were nice. The pool worked well for our 6 year old son, lazy river and 2 small slides as well as the pool sing rope! Beach had toys available and kids club had some games available to play.

They have shortage of staff which make them unable to serve you properly (in the beach). The infinite pool used to be a public pool anyone can enjoy swimming in it especially after closing the beach on sunset, unfortunately now its a private pool with loud music and you have to pay extra to enter.

It is a proper resort it has many pools lengthy beach sauna and other facilities, rooms are well designed and very clean.

I loved the binging as I walked in the hospitality of the staff Reception Ahmed Jasem and Mohammed Dasman they were outstanding from checked in and out. The Arabic coffee man was amazing the smile and the taste of the coffee. The facility was fantastic I have spent with my family an amazing time swimming pool, beach and kids club. I would definitely come back again it was such an amazing experience.

The pillows that you call hotel pillows are uncomfortable to sleep on, it hurts the neck and the back... The price of staying is too pricey as we are Bahrainis... When we travel to other places, it's way less

I was disappointed to discover certain rules only after arriving at the property, as they were not outlined in the hotel policy. The location's distance from any amenities limits food options. Additionally, the room service food did not meet expectations. It's worth noting that the two other restaurants on-site have limited opening hours, leaving only one option for dining at night - the same restaurant offering room service.

Well, I really like the property itself. It’s new, huge, fascinating, and comfortable. The staff are really nice and very helpful.

the room we booked was junior ocean suite but the view is the parking ramp and a small artificial canal. When we complained they only offered us a more expensive room to get the ocean view. the location is very remote nothing is close. the food taste in all the restaurants was below average.

stuff unorganized, and not trained well. I had multiple issues related with different subjects (room deposit, pool access, housekeeping, luggage assistance ...etc) They are polite but not satisfactory if you're expecting high standards

Unfortunately, the hotel took no notice of my request for a quiet room. The noise of construction for the marquee and preparation for the porsh event over 3 days, plus the load music to 2am on our last night left me feeling more tired when I left than when I arrived exhausted. This lack of consideration for my request for a quiet room has left me very unhappy with the care from the hotel management, although many apologies followed. I feel I should have my money back!

delicious breakfast, fresh food with a wide selection of choice. lounge cafe area inside and outside terrace with an amazing view was beautiful and tranquil, they also served very tasty quality food.
