Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe wifi was not working, no internet 🛜 in the accommodation. Bed covers were not clean, I found a coffee spillage on my sheet ( I hope its actually a coffee not something else ) , I bought some new sheets and light blanket from a near by supermarket and slept on the sofa 🛋️

United KingdomActual hotel facilities are very limited so you really are committed to self catering or dining out. The Lagoon area has not yet recovered from COVID but there is enough activity to provide all that you need.
Extremely convenient for the Lagoon area of Amwaj. Spacious and well equipped for self catering. Walking distance to shops, coffee shops, restaurants and even a bar or two.
