The water from the shower area tends to flow out to the main toilet and needs to be fixed. Its a safety hazard and also unpleasant to step on water soaked floor mats. The Vanity Top (granite slab) holding the sink is hanging at an odd angle and any slight pressure on the sink (wash basin) area may cause it to collapse and may cause injury. (Any guest who puts his feet on it to wipe his feet may be at a high risk).

The Hotel is conveniently located close to the City Centre Mall. I stayed in a room with sea-facing balcony and it was an excellent view. The room was sizeable and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean. Balcony was good and had a nice view. Location is good and right in the middle of the city.

We saw a person entering our room before our check-in but was surprised to see no one in the room, we felt negative vibes, even your bell boy noticed that, however God knows... :-)

Breakfast was very good but the rules were not flexible for my special needs child to take food to the room as per our convienience.

There is no holder for shampoo and soap at the shower corner, the bathroom a little bit small

the receptionist was very rude. My booking included breakfast and argued with me that my booking excluded breakfast. Booking.com didn’t inform them that breakfast was included. An apology was not made once I had to go down and show her. Unprofessional behaviour.

Although City Center Mall is very close, to reach it on food is not so easy. You have to pass the Motorway and Unused construction plots covered by sand. My wife has fallen down and hurt her head ( Of course that is not fault of the hotel). Our room has a lot of problems such as refrigerator, window, ceiling ,etc problems. After we have informed the reception, the problems are solved asap.But these deficiencies must have been checked, noticed and fixed by the hotel staff before our arrival and complaints. The air condition was only cooling, its heating facility was suspended.The bathroom water was not hot enough. It was nearly cool. The breakfast is open buffet and self service. The coffee is brought by the staff. But when you sit on the table nobody comes and asks for your coffee order. You have the find someone to ask for coffee. Here I am thankful to Mustafa. He was helpful.. And the coffee is served in paper cups. I think it was a result of covid times. But it looks like take-away restaurants and must be changed asap.

My 2nd reservation was with the lake view, I upgraded it from the city view and the hotel asks me extra charge for the view , However when I arrived to check-in the hotel reception said there is no lake view available and only the room available is the city view with the same price as the lake view , So they overcharged me and didn’t accept the amount for the city view which was cheaper at around 17 BD. And that’s not acceptable and not fair. That’s my complaint about the hotel overall.

Water in bathroom can be enhanced (amount and timing). One or two staff were probably new, and they did not know and apply the ever-cheerful supportive Ramada procedures. Beyond that, it was cool to stay there!

The location is perfect for shopping as it is within walking distance from Bahrain City Center. Most of the staff are smiling, cheerful and helpful. The price was okay given the service, comfort and location. Breakfast variety was rich, and the taste was delicious.
