Hotel entrance is in weird place. Had to pick up the bags up to room myself. Room only comes with one bed comforter and had to call for an extra one.

Even though the shower was really spacious and modern, it did take a while to warm up, which naturally wastes water and is an inconvenience as well, resulting in me taking colder showers that normal. Also, on the environmental theme, I ordered room service once and I was given single use plastic cutlery and dishes covered in cling film, so please reduce plastic usage.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool area was great and the bar on the 28th floor excellent! Staff were friendly and accommodating and I really enjoyed the 4 nights I stayed there.

- While my visit was during Eid Holiday then I suffered from traffic jam in the night time and loud sound from vehicles as well till 4 am but I think it won't be the same during normal days - Parking of hotel is not enough but they have a space in front of it.

- Reception staff were really friendly and cooperative specially Mr. Emam whom I really appreciate his help - Room was big and suitable for our family - Location is near to city centre and many good places

The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool the most, clean and temperature controlled water. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety as well, and cooked perfectly. The Staff are very accommodating and attending to our needs. We tried the Bar at the 28th floor, Lenny is accommodating and amazing.

The way to the hotel parking is very risky, and the parking area is congested and difficult to manoeuvre the vehicle.

The area gets busy at weekends, so you may hear some noise (car noise) from outside. It did not bother me too much though. The hotel is not downtown Manama, but a short drive.

My room was spacious with a nice view and it was clean. Staff was nice. Amenities like pool and gym were quite good. Breakfast was okey, had enough variety. There is a big shopping mall nearby. Wi-Fi is working well.

Knowing that it's my first stay in the Hotel, reception Staff Rania upgraded me to a premium suit with no extra cost. Fantastic Breakfast. I was honored by Chef with a special Omelet. Seef is always my favorite choice to stay.
