Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KuwaitI didn’t like the pillows. they were very soft, I wish some memory foam pillows were provided. I ordered room service twice. the burger was okay but the white pasta was very tasty. however, the soft drinks are way overpriced it was 2 KD for one can of soft drink.
First of all I want to thank all the staff for their kindness. all the star are very helpful and nice. my luggage arrived within minutes, and every time I call they answer right away and more than happy to help me. The hotel is very nice and luxurious. I love the atmosphere and the location is very convenient. it’s close to everything! The room is beautiful, the decor and the furniture is very elegant and modern. I absolutely loved the bathroom. it’s specious and there is a lot of space for all your stuff, as a girl I loved the extra space to put my makeup and other products. the lighting is also perfect for makeup! The pool and the restaurants are very nice as well!

DenmarkWe had asked for early check in, between 2-3pm knowing that the official check in is from 3pm. Arriving at 2:40 we were asked to wait for the room…. okay, we sat down and had some water for a while waiting for the receptionist to tell us our room was ready. At 3:10 I went up there to ask if the room was ready? No, it will be ready in 30 minutes she said……….no explanation, no excuse! At 3:40 after one hour waiting we got the key. To me that is not a good 5 star hotel experience. No excuses, no compensation, nothing 👎
The superior room on 8th floor with a nice sea view was big and comfortable. We tried the Mondo restaurant and liked it very much. Nice decor, nice food, nice ambiance.
