Despite informing in advance and reaching around 4PM, we were asked to wait before the rooms get ready and other guests checked-out late. I booked two rooms, I wanted on same floor, but due to unavailability of rooms on same floor, request was denied. There is no restaurant, bar, lounge or club inside the hotel. But, there are very good options for all at walking distance.

Very good location, underground parking, I booked two bed room apartments which comes with quite big living area. Pool was decent.

The downside is Not Recognizing your Repeating or Loyal customer I'm not getting any special Treatment.... Or any discount For extending my stay... It was an emergencyou for me... But you guys didn't recognise... It was a shame.

-The one-bedroom we spent our first 2 nights was not clean at all, very dirty and kitchen has nothing, no cup, no glass and not enough plates and utensils for two people etc... seems like there is nobody use this room for a while. But after we talked to the reception and they were able to change us to another room which is so much better and cleaner as well. I wonder why they put us in the dirty room at the first place while the whole hotel was almost empty most of the time while we stayed there. But anyway, we did appreciate the efforts to move us to a different room. -Housekeeping guys are very rude, only one or two are nice. -Internet connection is not stable, very weak in the bedroom and sometime we had to catch the signal from the nearby room.

We stayed about two weeks all together in this apartment hotel. -One-bedroom is huge with a lot of space for two people, big windows throughout the entire living room with the view to the neighborhood and gets a lot of light during the day, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen has enough equipment to cook, kettle & coffee machine, washing machine. Big and nice bedroom, bed, blankets and pillows are very comfortable. -Nice flat screen TV in the living room with some international channels. -Very nice and helpful front desk staff and appreciate the efforts to make our stays as present as possible. -Location is good, 5 mins walk to the street with a lot of restaurants, shops and fast foods. Carrefour, Lulu Hypermarket, Ramez and Mega store supermarkets nearby. The Grand Mosque and the Palace are within walkable distance or you can take local buses 41 & 42 that can bring you to almost every major attraction of the city. -Gym is small but with good and new equipment.

The billiards table was on a slight on a very slight slope.

We travelled to Bahrain for the F1, the busiest weekend of the year (or so I am told) and had to leave a an airbnb due to its inadequate condition. The Lodge Suites came to our rescue like Blücher at Waterloo; at the last minute we booked a room which was very quick and efficient and were checked in within an hour of booking (top stuff!). The staff were very friendly and useful and the rooms were luxurious and large in equal measures. Facilities were good and views were great!

The air conditioner units for neighboring room were placed very close to our windows, so it was very difficult to get asleep, and even turning our A/C didn't help, because there's another room's A/C units. The sauna is being turned on upon request, we had time to use it only once per stay, but when we asked to turn it on and came there in 30 minutes when the sauna should be ready - we have found it cold and turned off (but the manager apologized for the situation and promised that this would not happen again). There were no cutting-board and dish-washing liquid in the room, but provided upon request.

Quick communication, decent location, big room, good gym, quite OK pool, stable wifi.
