the restaurant only had a few choices on a menu that was for lunch and dinner, my jerk chicken was plain rubber chicken with a brown gravy that was not jerk!! luckily there was a restaurant next door within walking distance, that and we had to take many taxis just to eat

Dislikes: a lot of things are outdated. Couldn't get a key to my room safe, requested 3 times. Had ants in the room, twice asked for this to be taken care of and also asked for the bug spray so I could take care of it, never got taken care of. The shower pressure was horrible and very tough to switch from bath to shower. Hurricane Lee passed through while I was there, no big deal but was asked to bring chairs and table in the room, someone took them that night, but never got them back even though we had two beautiful days after the storm. Our slider was very dirt after the storm, no one cleaned it which wouldn't of been a big deal but it made our ocean view room useless.

Likes: loved the view from the room, right on the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at there restaurant was good and the service was good. The location was great, close to Hamilton and the other beaches. The air conditioner in the room was great, the bed was very comfortable and the maids did a good job.

Place look left gone! All small think that do not look really nice for the price you pay, my tub was full of long hair! Like my girl friend come in with me and saw it! Was hair every where that mean cleaning is not a standard

Apparently the hotel is being renovated. There is no bar, only a table with some bottles of alcohol and the restaurant didn’t have everything on the menu. They were constructing some cabana type structures on the sand which limited space on the beach. Better idea would be to do that on the off season. And if your going to put in new bar than do it immediately after taking down the old one. Also There was zero water pressure in the shower. If the hotel isn’t going to be fully functioning than full price of rooms should not be expected. When we viewed what the new hotel will look like after the renovation we were also not pleased. The new rooms will look like a business hotel in Boston instead of a traditional Bermuda style room. Although we have absolutely loved this hotel for years, sad to say we may be looking elsewhere next year.

On the last day there were many jellyfish (Portugese Man O War) but no warnings from the hotel. There was a limited food menu.

The hotel was in a great position although you would need a form of transportation to travel further out. The beach was great and the location excellent. Pool area also excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was dated and old. No where to purchase snacks or water on site. The breakfast was OK. Very expensive. Not good value. It was the same everyday $30 for the buffet is a bit excessive for average quality food. TV did not work

The people was VERY friendly and helpful. My room was steps away from the ocean and the view was breathtaking. Private beach amazing.

Tesha Fisherman the accountant of the facility harrassed me to my door about a situation that was non of her business while I had the baby 4 months old of a situation that wasnt even hers. Bad Service at the restaurant by Susie. It was terrible. So Tesha came following to my door 303 while I had my baby on my arms.

The Beach, Chrystal Anderson was excellent, Dede, Danyella she is my favorite, Dale, Wayne, Gregory was the best service ever. Made me feel welcome. The two house keeper was excellent.

The room was a little dated. We didn’t spend the night reserved it so we could have breakfast, lunch at the resort. Used the room to rise and go back to the ship.

Beautiful outside inside renovations were happening. Dining where we had breakfast was beautiful. Staff was great.

ants and sprintails everywhere - hotel room throughout, , patio, restaurant, everywhere. Everyone I spoke with complained of the problem. Room was not thoroughly cleaned when I arrived. Hairs on the floor and bed. Greg who served dinner was not a pleasant person and did nothing but talk about the problems of his country, Bangladesh and I was trying to enjoy my first vacation and first time to Bermuda. Stranded an extra day because flight was cancelled. Spent an extra $500 dollars - room, dinner and taxi.

the pool and beach were great when it didn't rain. Suzie who worked the restaurant during breakfast hours was awesome. Quick plane ride to the island from Philly.

Coco reef has so much potential. It’s in dire need of a revamp/renovation. It looks Grecian and then has Spanish looking tile in the dining area? It’s a bunch of different things just randomly placed. The rooms are so sad looking. The lamp Shades have burn marks from the light bulbs burning them. A dirty old alarm clock. Just tired and old. This property could be a gold mine. It’s set right on a beautiful, little beach. Pool was nice, the dining area isn’t bad but 2 couples for dinner. That’s it. There is a skeleton crew. You drag your suitcase to the room and up the stairs if you are in the second story. I moved rooms because the first room smelled like mold. Second room was better. The shower was cold and the issue was they have the handle installed upside down. The lock on the door was broken so the maintenance man fixed it. The staff were nice. And some bottled water would be nice. If this property was updated, it could be amazing. As of right now, just tired and sad looking.

The staff is fantastic! My mom and I have food allergies and d'Kaya and Gregory, the servers, helped us navigate what we could with the very accommodating chef, LJ. The views from the property are fantastic! Highly recommend staying here if you want a place with a fantastic beach, food, easy access to the rail trail, a grocery store, and bus stops!

The hotel decor is dated and the restaurant was closed. Also, the lobby and lobby bar had limited hours. Everything closed by 6pm. Check to see if the hours have been extended.

The location was perfect. The hotel is basically in the center of the island, close to everything. Good price for a last minute trip.

The room had no service, the phone didn’t work in the room. That needs to be fixed. In case of an emergency as I tried to call front desk several times from the room phone.
