This was my fourteen trip to the Pompano. I feel it is my home away from home.. The employees are wonderful.

It's only personal thing, the property is from the fifties, and in some places looks dated, this may bother some, others may say it has a charm. More observation than criticism. The way to the beach is via steps, and quite a few of them, maybe a problem for the infirm. Evening meal, we dined in the Cedar room, as in, half board, it's ok, but could use a slight improvement. Ocean grill room, we didn't try the food there, so it maybe superb, but you pay!

Location-Fabulous, the best. Views- All beautiful. Breakfasts- Wonderful. Staff-All incredible. Room 16 has THE view. Beach-White/Pink sand-doesn't get better. Larry Lamb-owner-if he can't make it happen, no one can. Shuttle to bus stops-very often-made life easy. Silence-very quiet at night.

This is a family owned and run (Larry and Tom Lamb) hotel and they treat you like family! We spent our honeymoon at Pompano Beach Resort and it exceeded all our expectations! As a wedding gift from the owners, our room was upgraded to an ocean view deluxe room with a handwritten postcard waiting for us on the table from Larry Lamb. The room was spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the water. The bathroom was huge, with two sinks, tub and shower. The 5-course meal plan was divine! They offer indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant staff went out of their way so that we feel cared for and were delighted to be of service. Special thanks to Maurice, Lynn, Shirley, Greg, Lorna and George! You guys were amazing! The hotel pictures speak for themselves! I am trying to find words that makes this resort so unique and sets it apart from other accommodations, probably it is the mood, the love and care from the owners and the staff. Visit Pompano Beach Club, you will be amazed!

I thought there were many steps to beach. But I am elderly. You need to take a bus or taxi to go to other sites

Each person looks for a vacation spot in a different sense. Our group also came to Bermuda to find a place where we can fully feel the short but clear sea in our tired daily lives. After long pendamic hours, our friends have a meeting once a month. I made a reservation at this Pompano Beach Club because it seemed reasonable price and reasonable in a short time. I'm posting this because I want to share the good experiences we have with others. As soon as I entered this place, I couldn't help but smile at the sincere welcome of the staff. We had 5 people, but Tom thought the room would be a little small for 5 people, so he gave us another room. It was also the price of a four-person room with a ocean view, but he gave ours another room for one person extra charge only. At that moment, I thought I chose this place well. He also explained in detail and gave kindness and help to everyone who came harder than anyone else. With a small thing and less than 10 minutes to the front desk closing time, he happily drove to the market and waited while buying. He sincerely hopes that everyone who comes here will have good memories. I felt that kindness and sincerity from the heart were conveyed to me. Thank you very much to the Pampano Beach Club staff.

The room had a musty smell and needs an update. A broken screen door was supposed to be repaired but never was. The pool water was cloudy.

The staff, amenities, beach, and location are wonderful. Relaxed atmosphere. Even with many families with children, there was no excessive noise. Peaceful and serene experience. Everything was clean.

Everything! The place is beautiful & picturesque. It is like your own secluded place. Highly recommend the meal plan because the food was incredible, breakfast & dinner. Thank you David for recommending. The staff is top notch from the minute you arrive. The owners (The Lamb Brothers) are so involved & welcoming to their guests. They were professional with a a definite personal touch. Shout out to the entire diningroom staff, especially Lorna & Lynn. Housekeeping was always on point, espcially Miss Amalee(sp).

The stairs up to our room, however, I had read there were many but I thought we could handle it - my fault. Staff was very willing to ride us up to our room anytime we wanted. Mgmt was very gracious in showing us lower level rooms for our next trip. Can’t wait to be back - Thank you!

The bedroom is a little bit outdated.

Great scenery. The staff and the owner are very nice and always ready to help. They made us very confortable. Well located. 30 mn from Hamilton by car. We highly recommend this hotel.
