The water in the toilet would run off and on constantly. Only complaint.

The staff went above and beyond. We asked them to mail 2 postcards and they did without hesitation. They carried our bags when we arrived and as we were leaving. Turn down service with a fact card and mints! They exchanged currency for us to pay for a taxi. Very accommodating.

There was a lot of construction going on when we were there, which made for a lot of loud noise early in the morning, which was unfortunate. We visited in March and they seemed to be gearing up for the high season.

Our breakfast was complimentary and it was excellent! Service was a bit slow at times, but the food was good and you could eat with the most amazing view!

We stayed for my daughters 8th birthday. Everything was very good, service, staff and the views. We got to see the sunset upon check-in. I wish our stay was longer. The weather was chilly and rained on and off, but we made the most of it. The girls had a blast in the hottub.

My room wasn't ready so I left my bag, when I came back, front desk person was annoyed that we couldn't find my bag, we walked to the room it wasn't there, walked back to the front desk, bag was there, and she was very annoyed that I asked for help getting it up a bunch of stairs to my room! (Later Melody at front desk was very nice, the other person could learn from her)

For the money, there is nothing reasonably expected beyond what was provided. High quality, but not stuffy.

The wifi was bad. It was impossible to do basic things from our room, although it did function better closer to the office. We had a few bugs in our room (flying bugs by the window) and tiny ants that crawled into bed with us. It was minor. We tried to rent an electric twizzle, but had challenges — after downloading the app and making a reservation with thecurrent, our reservation was lost. It seems there is a competing electric rental (Oleander?)at the top of the hill but they require u to rent online (and the online site does not allow rentals made within < 24 hours). Hence, we heard from a local worker to buy bus coins at the front desk. I wish they had told us that ahead of time. The umbrellas on the beach could use more opaque protection as I seemed to still cook under them. There are a few families but most folks were in the 60’s-70’s. Some light entertainment was evident at night.

The ocean views and beach will take your breath away. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. Every night there is a turn down service with mints and for our special stay (20th anniversary) they brought us a bottle of wine. Meals were good all around and the views are incredible. We were surprised how hot the sun was for late September. The beach is very smooth and is manicured by the staff. You can even order food and drink on the beach similar to the ending of the movie, “Trading Places”. The run swizzle drinks were excellent.

I think the resort is a little tired and could some updates. Also I think the beach could be raked daily with that beautiful tractor you have in the garage at beach. security should walk the property at night as we had loud kids in pool at 11:30.

Your breakfast selections were exceptional. Truly enjoyable.Besides being in a prime location on the cliffs overlooking a heavenly beach and turquoise waters, I felt that the staff as a whole was truly friendly, easy going,helpful etc. the grounds were immaculate.

WE DIDNT LIKE THE FOOD AS MUCH AS WE THOUGHT WE WOULD; THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS BUT THE DINNER ITEMS WERE NOT GREAT. WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE BETTER QUALITY INGREDIENTS. WE DID NOT GET A ROOM THAT WAS UPDATED AND OUR AIR CONDITIONER HAD TO BE REPLACED DURING OUR STAY; ALTHOUGH MAINTENANCE CAME AND PUT A NEW UNIT IN THAT DAY.

WE HAD GONE TO THE REEFS FOR OUR HONEYMOON 33 YEARS AGO AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET BACK SINCE; WE FINALLY GOT TO CELEBRATE OUR 33 YEAR MARRIAGE ANNIVERSARY AND WERE SO HAPPY TO SEE THE GROUNDS, BEACH LOOK JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS IT WAS SO MANY YEARS AGO!!! THE WAITERS, AND ALL STAFF THAT WERE EXCELLENT. WE LOVED OUR BALCONY WITH ITS BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE BEACH AND HAVING THE STAFF THAT HELPED WITH THE BEACH SETUP AND DRINKS WERE EXCELLENT!!

We had a lovely room; however its location right near the Coconuts Restaurant meant it could be noisy at night. In addition, the entry to the room needs a floor mat to catch the sand and in our case, water as it rained every day we were there. We brought this to the attention of the staff several times that stepping onto a tile floor with wet shoes wasn't safe or clean, not to mention for the housekeeping service.

Great location and staff quite friendly and helpful for the most part. We had a lovely room with a view and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The restaurant for dinner was also good and the BBQ on the Beach fantastic!

Dinner menu needs rotation.

Location was excellent with impeccable hotel grounds. Everything was spotless. Kudos to the service staff whether it is the front desk or the restaurant staff or anyone you meet on the grounds, everyone was friendly and helpful. If staying here for more than a few days, you will find the dinner menu is limited and expensive. Buffer breakfast daily is excellent. Private beach is nice and cozy and it is a short bus ride away to the other public beaches as well. Central location between the docks on one side and Hamilton on the other.

My husband and I had a great time at Reefs. We stay four nights, and we are thinking of going back again. We would like to say thank you to the front desk, to the SPA receptionist, her name was India, to all staff at the dining hall. Bermudians treated us so special that I couldn't say enough.

Room on the small side, menu became boring with repetition of selections over the week, prices were high for everything which is typical in Bermuda due to all being imported. Cliffside rooms require much walking and climbing up steps.

Staff could not be friendlier or do more for you. Keurig in room was a plus since breakfast started at 8
