We were delighted with our stay at the St. George Club -- it was like having our own little apartment nestled above the city which gave us both room to relax and explore. We enjoyed the heated pool (despite the windy days) and loved walking around St. George. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the hotel dining and bar were closed. Seems some staff a bit stingy or challenging on minor things like extra toilet paper, soap, water. I'd say that is penny-wise but pound-foolish given the expense of staying there in the first place. Kitchen floor dirty.

Great view from our cottage. Short walking distance to town of St G's and bus stop. Nicely rennovated rooms. Staff helpful calling for taxi, giving directions, info. Staff very polite.

A little Bermudian artwork to suit the furnishings may have enhanced the ambience. It was very basic, but still very nice. It would have been completely outstanding for me if they had dining room services. Apparently this area is currently under renovation. I used 'Hook' to bring in food from Wahoo restaurant. 'Hook' was very helpful and efficient; and the food was very good. I also ate at the St. Regis hotel; and enjoyed a delicious Bermudian dish...a mussel pie from a place on St. David's Island.

What could be better than waking to glorious sunrises which could be viewed from the bedroom windows...and from bed?!!! The staff were always courteous and very helpful. I immediately felt welcomed, a bit pampered, and encouraged to enjoy everything there at the St. Georges Club. Everything was clean and immaculate. With no approaches from me, the managers went out of their way to ask if/ensure that I was having a good stay with them...which I thought was great hospitality! It was great to be able to park my car quite close to my accommodation. I did not need to use the washer/dryer, but it was great to have it as an option, complete with detergent. I extended my stay by one night.

The only two things I would mention were that it would have been nice to have a door to the bathroom and/or toilet room in the master bedroom, and there were a lot of ants around. Otherwise everything was great!

Our stay at the St. George Club was fantastic! We had a two bedroom/two bathroom villa which was perfect for our family of five. The villa overlooked the harbor and had several outdoor spaces. Everything was clean and comfortable and even though we did not cook there, the kitchen appeared to have everything you would need. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the location as it was walkable to everything in St. George and very close to a bus stop (you can buy bus tickets at the little grocery store nearby).

The vibe and scenery make up for how much you’ll pay for meals at restaurants on the island.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The pool and grounds were well tended to. Within walking distance to the summer ferry to Royal Naval dockyard, bus stop and a few small gift shops. The narrow, hilly roads reminded me of Portugal’s village roads. Wear comfortable shoes!

Our flight was canceled on United on Tuesday and we could not find a return flight home until Thursday. I was grateful that you had a room. However, on Thursday I asked for a little bit latter check out time and all that I was given was 30 minutes. Ten o clock is a very early check out time!

I loved the size of the room and I was so happy I was able to walk to St George.

The cottages were not well equipped with kitchen and bath items. 2 Bars of soap, 4 bath towels, and 4 small rolls of toilet paper is not adequate for 4 adults on a 10 night stay with a mid-week clean 6 days after check-in. Also, the kitchen should be equipped with potholders, and a peeler. Screens on sliders and windows would be nice to have to bring in fresh air. More than one flat pillow per bed would be nice too.

Location is good. Can walk to shops, restaurants, and public transportation via bus or ferry. offers free shuttle service to St Regis for golfing or a day at the beach.

My complaint would be the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and I can’t imagine an adult using that to sleep. I also saw a cockroach 🪳 in the cabinet with the glassware. I called to have someone come get rid of it but no one ever came.

The cottage renovations were great very clean and modern. Views of the bay were spectacular. Grounds were well maintained and staff was pleasant to deal with .

Would have been nice to have the pools heated.

We loved the view from out Cottage. We had a unobscured view of the Harbour, to watch boats coming and going. The balcony from our second floor master bedroom was perfect for our morning coffees. We liked being able to make our own breakfasts in the morning (eggs, toast and coffee). Spent time at the large pool daily to soak up the sun. The staff were very courteous and helpful to book activities, arrange a taxi, or just general knowledge of Bermuda.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not heated - it was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. Also, the kitchen sink's pipe leaked in the cabinet below the sink.

I liked the room arrangement, the beauty of the property, and the proximity to the grocery store and bus.

This resort could become a first-class exceptional destination for families enjoying March breaks with just a bit of "tweaking", given that March in Bermuda can be blustery & cold. For eg.: HEAT the smaller of the two outdoor pools (the one that already has glass barriers to protect guests from the gale force winds on the resort's cliffs), and regularly sweep away the debris that collects around this pool's seating area; provide some kind of transportation assistance for guests who cannot climb up the steep hills of the resort several times a day (golf carts at designated times during the day would do the trick...); promote the existing tennis courts by offering guests the use of sets of rackets, so that the courts become an asset, not an abandoned waste of land; and re-instate the restaurant that apparently operated on the premises before the pandemic, or, in the very least, establish a small cafe so that guests are not forced to go into town in inclement weather. Also, current advertising of a "private beach" is misleading since the beach is actually many many hills and a very long & arduous walk away!

We loved the spectacular views in every direction; the comfortable, cheery and modern renovated cottages; the well-equipped fitness centre; the potentially attractive Olympic-sized pool (though unheated and therefore difficult to enjoy in blustery March weather); the polite staff; the amenities (and the friendliness) of the town of St. George "next door", a Unesco world heritage site; the pretty grounds all around, including the direct access to the golf club operated by the St. Regis consortium; and finally, the most adorable local cats!

Most of the staff were very friendly and informative, just like you would expect in Bermuda with the nicest people compared to any other country- Channing, DDT, Dee Dee. Lisa in management was a major disappointment - very unfriendly and unaccommodating. We asked for an 11am checkout, she rudely gave us until 10:30 without mentioning we would be locked out at 10. The value is not there either - over $500 per night with no restaurants, no cleaning service until you leave, silly check in/check out hours 4pm/10am. Dragging bags over concrete steps to rooms. Location and a few great staff were the only redeeming factors.

The location was great as long as you don’t mind walking up and down steep hills, which we did not - gave an incredible view of St George and the ocean
