Many thanks to the hotel staff, they assisted me very good upon my arrived since it’s self service check in, its Located on heart of city, near by capital mall and MCD, Jolibee etc, all just by walk, room are clean and good for couple, near by the airport off course, if you’re families with two small kids it’s still ok ☺️, overall it’s ok and sure I will come again

Hallway is hot even if there is portable aircon. No meal options esp. breakfast and we visited during Ramadan so there are no open restaurants nearby.

Location is right in the centre. Close to malls and with a lot of restaurant options. There is no reception area so make sure to coordinate with host prior to arrival to minimize waiting time at the door as it requires code to enter

Wifi was horrible. This is an issue because this is an entirely digital hotel - without wifi you can’t check in to send picture of payment or to get codes to your room. We couldn’t order a car and had to wait 30 minutes until the wifi came back on line. Only warm water to drink. The cold setting in the water filter was 35 degrees.

The location was fine but the room had only 2 hangers and one small table, so I had to keep most of my belongings in my backpack. I saw a big cockroach the evening I arrived so I didn't leave anything on the floor:) Otherwise the hosts were helpful, they arranged an airport taxi at the correct price, and the conversation was only on WhatsApp. Nothing to complain about.

The only thing that would make it perfect would be if there was a fridge in the room or the corridor. Except for that, everything was great.

It was great, the hotel is close to the airport (taxi) and to the city centre (bus). The room has everything you might need. The self check-in system works well, and the staff answers really fast if you need anything. If you get the chance to be around, you should pass by Brunei, the people are very friendly, the food is nice and you will see what very few people get to see.

Sadly, the bathroom had an odour of damp water. You adjusted quickly, but it's a smell that shouldn't be there

Great location close to multiple eateries and Gadong Markets. The compact room was comfortable with a good bed. We had room 5, and if you have a lot of luggage, you will struggle to fit it in the room There's no reception or contact with staff. Everything's done via What's App, which is easy and works well. There is a digital key lock to enter the building and room. Easy to use with great security The bathroom is tiny, and if you're 100kg or more, you'll struggle to get into the shower.

The host was very responsive through WhatsApp. They were very helpful by storing our luggage for us until we were going to the airport. Close to the market and the mall.
