It was a packed breakfast and we do not have much choices.

During my visit was during the Ramadan period, so they delivery the breakfast to our room. It was convenient.

Please someone that manange the maintance over there, make the aircond work well. I feel so pity saw your staff sweating like burning inside the hotel due to the aircond breakdown. Even me as a customer cannot stand so long during signing for check in and check out. Please take the note.

Staff especially the receprionist very friendly and well explainantion.

Wi-Fi didn't work properly. The toilet smells a little weird, but it works fine. The TV didn't work properly and was a little outdated. There was no place to iron my clothes.

Nice view. The bed was comfortable. bathroom water was amazing, not too hot, and not too cold.

Better communications we were told that our room is sharing stairs with other tenants yet it is not. it is just that the receiptionist is confuse and not clear explainantion. other than that its fantatstic

1.Apartment room 539 pungent smell from washing machine area everytime after toilet usage. 2.Electrical supply interrupted during my stay due to electrical prepaid low. 3.Construction working from above room’s floor in the morning time without any advise from the hotel’s staff.

1.The staff not sure about whether can transfer to other unit or not. One staff say can and the other say cannot. 2.Took so long to give keys during check in. 3.The wifi sometimes cannot be connect.

The wifi signal is weak on the upper floor of the family bungalow.

Wish the air conditioners were functioning well. And the lock would get fixed. The only downside is that, my parents mentioned that they could feel that someone would easily "unlock" the door.

The hotel is getting tired with several minor issues in the bedroom, one of the window catches was damaged and could not be securely fastened, the towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall at one end and even the door panel was loose. Oddly the bedside lamps had the wrong plugs for the sockets? However our main issue was the lack of a room safe, which both booking.com and the hotel’s own leaflet state is fitted! We had noted that most of the negative comments were about breakfast, which puzzled us until the last day when arriving 90 minutes before breakfast finished found that there was no milk available. When we asked for this we were told that there was none, fortunately the receptionist had the good sense to instruct the restaurant staff to go down three floors and buy some in the supermarket! Unfortunately the coffee was also cool as the heater internet the urne was not lit!

The room and bed were both large and comfortable and with the hotel located in a small shopping mall with several restaurants it is very convenient for dinning.

We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, and the toilet was not fully cleaned when we first entered, but this problem was resolved when we were given another room to stay.

Prompt action from staff when we were having problems in our room.

Need to put more on cleanliness, tv channel, facility. Toiletries are not change and glasses are not clean. Can see dust in some corner
