Bathroom was really small

Location near the waterfront was ideal to walk to the various cultural points of interest. Room was small bit had everything and lots of power outlets to charge the phone.

This is definitely a low budget hotel. The lobby is tiny with one person working behind a little glass window. The walls of the hallway are covered in green Astroturf. The bathroom is very small but  the room is a good size. It is clean.

The air conditioning in the fan were very good.  The location is excellent – right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to major attractions. It is right across the river from the water village.

Location is great. Staff is helpful. Price is competitive. Attractions are in walking distance and bus to the airport is just right beside the corner.

The night clerk on duty doesnt communicate very well, and not too helpful when you ask him about where to eat and how to get to the tourist sites. The tv in the room is in a separate area from the bed.

The location was perfect. Close to the CBD, waterfront, Yayasan Shopping Center and Omar Ali Saiffudien Mosque. The room was big for a hotel considered cheap by the locals. Staff was very helpful.

Best location at the city center, in the front of Kampong Ayer and Omar ari Saifuddien Mosque. So kindly owner, and clean room. The high grade cost performance.

The location is good near the waterfront. So many coffee shops are around. I enjoy I can walk to most of the spots. The worker in the lobby was so nice and friendly.

Room very small. Wifi unstable, it was hard to work remotely, especially that if you want to connect to wifi they give you a code - one code per one equipment and quite often those codes do not work so you need to get down and ask for another one.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, just across the river. Clean room.

No windows for rooms on the ground floor. Ok for very short stay.

It has a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room is clean with comfy bed. The toilet is spotless.

The hotel/room is older and not super fancy (but very clean), I expected that before I booked it. I think it's good value for money, fair enough. I didn't have problem with anything. I liked it. Thank you.

I didn't know there was not any public transportation from/to hotel. I didn't have enough cash of local currency for taxi. Taxi driver asked me for 25 BND, later for 20 BND and was very rude. I didn't know what to do then I called the hotel contact number noted in my reservation. The owner of the hotel picked up the phone and within 20 minus he came to the airport for me and took me to his hotel. I paid for transportation 10 BND by credit card during check-in at hotel. The guy at the reception (very friendly) arranged a car for me to leave early in the morning. Everything was fine next morning, and I could get back to airport. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. The hotel room was very clean, nice location of hotel. Very fair value for money. If I come to Brunei again, I would sleep over again!

A bit far to walk to the room. Reception was out when we arrived, had to wait for a bit. Room wasn't very clean.
