MalaysiaI booked for a room with a Table. I am not sure whether it is because of a miscommunication or not, but I ended up with no table in my room. The staff at the counter is trying to accommodate by giving a coffee table instead but I need a proper table to do some work. They are not able to move me to other room as they claimed that all room are fully booked.
The staff are very friendly. The location is very strategic. They offer free shuttle service for Airport and some tourist landmarks which is very convenient.

IMO this is the best hotel to stay at in Bandar. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, walk in shower, excellent a/c. The breakfast that is included is good and varied. The biggest selling point is the free shuttle they provide from the airport and to attractions. This is well organized and makes seeing sights easy as public transport is difficult here. I recommend eating dinner at the night market, very cheap and lots of local tasty things to try. We were there 3 days and it was a bit long for the things there are to see. 2 days are enough unless you are doing a day trip to the National Park, which we did not.

AustriaThe location is close to the Regalia museum but about 10 - 15 min. to the waterfront and no shops in the near vicinity. During my stay a nearby room was renovated, so it was noisy during the day.

United StatesThe bed and pillows were too hard for me. My back was sore by morning. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the river. I like to walk but there is little provision for walking in Brunei where petrol is cheap and everyone drives.
A free shuttle is provided from, and back to, the airport and also to several stops around the city. The room was very well maintained and clean. The area is very quiet. Good wifi. The included breakfast was pretty good.

MalaysiaThe breakfast could have been better but I had it for only 1 morning. The toiletries could have been better, and they could have done the rooms a little better. I would have preferred proper closet.
The staff and the service was great. They were helpful, accommodating and were ready with the right answers. I couldn't believe that for the 3 nights I spent there, I slept exceedingly well. They provided me with an ironing board and iron upon request. The shower was great!
