I didn't like it when I had to leave 😕

The staff truly made the experience wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful, provided excellent recommendations, and were always eager to help. The room was very comfortable, the bed was great and there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The plaza directly across the street was fantastic. The vendors had a great selection of goods and great food as well. This place is a Gem.

The room was a great size, airy and bright and very clean. The bathroom was wonderful, modern and clean. The hotel has a good breakfast too and staff were very friendly. The location is also excellent.

It is true the shower makes the bathroom floor wet but this was not an issue for us.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic location. Best room we had in Bolivia for an incredible price. Rooms are newly renovated, bed and bedding super clean and comfortable. Smart TV, hot shower. Highly recommend.

Room was a bit warm as there was no AC.

Only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed to rest and recharge after the 3 day trip to the salt flats. Lovely hot showers, nice breakfast, comfy bed.

The shower could have used a door instead of just a partial glass wall. The water could not be contained in the shower so it made a bit of mess. The staff were good about giving us additional towels and I would not consider this a deal breaker.

Very clean and comfortable room with really good beds on a quiet street. All decor is freshly updated which is an added bonus.

A little noisy with heavy doors opening and closing and some street noise. Breakfast didnt start until 6:30 am, that may seem early but many tours and busses tend to leave quite early so that wasn't early enough for me to take advantage.

This was a safe and clean hotel in the middle of La Paz, easy access to different parts of the city, the breakfast was good but the timing wasn't the best.

The rooms have a nice view but would say overall very basic. There is no AC, fan or bathroom extractor fan in the rooms which is very uncomfortable (if you shower the whole room is like a steam room) and at night it’s boiling even in the autumn. There are no additional amenities in the room whatsoever - kettle/fridge/hot drink provisions/chromecast tv/hairdryer. It’s set up for a very short stay - 2 tiny drawers and 2 coat hangers provided. The breakfast is also very basic. Have stayed in hostels with more provided!

One front desk man. Charging me 100% of the price for a guest for 2 hours when I told them I had booked for 2 people. Laundry service for $33 when other hotels I called charge $3, which is more than my room price for 2 people with breakfast included. When I asked for pricing, the staff jist said we charge per shirt and never gave me prices. I washed 8 shirts, 8 underwear, and one track jacket top. Irregular breakfast. Some lady charged me for eggs twice, and then the other 8 days I never had to pay anymore when they had eggs availablewhich was not every day. Was she lying by charging me?

They didn't give toilet paper. When I used the shower the water didn't go down. The heater didn't work. The breakfast is a joke: almost nothing, no meat, ne vegetables; you can get only one fried egg, if you want more you have to pay it; no fresh water, you have to buy it as well.

I liked the location. It's in the tourist centre.

I am travelling with medications that need to be in the fridge. They put it in the fridge for me but somehow it ended up in the freezer, meaning they freezed and therefore destroyed my injection that is worth 5.000€!!! Now mistakes happen, that is human. But what is absolutely not okay is that they didn’t try to support me in any kind of way. Not only did I loose my medication, I also have to stop travelling earlier than planned now because I need to return to get that injection. I’ve lost the injection and I had to buy a new flight ticket. I never expected them to pay for the injection but some kind of support (at least a return of the payment for my stay as a compensation) would have been appropriate. Instead they told me they will talk to the hotel owner and come back to me, which never happened. To my emails they do not react. The second problem I had was that there was someone close to my room who constantly listened to super loud music especially early in the morning. I asked the reception to do something about it but they didn’t. When I asked them to change my room they said they would find a solution and come back to me but they never did. Another thing worth to mention is the breakfast that is really not good. They have way more cakes and sweets then anything else. There was bread with a bit of ham, Frootloops without milk and lots of cake and cookies…

NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE Honestly, this hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. BUT… (see below)
