It is a little bit of a walk to the center of town. This meant that it was quiet, which was good, but just have to walk a bit to restaurants and activities, which was fine for us - but just something to be aware of.

The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. The shower was warm with good water pressure. The breakfast was good with eggs, pancakes, toast, oatmeal, coffee and tea.

We had no problems.

We just stayed one night because we had come back to Uyuni from a tour. Our room was very spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely.

The room is a bit light (common in Bolivia), so light sleepers should bring a sleeping mask.

The room is huge, also a large bed. Decent hot shower. Decent breakfast. 10 min walk to the center in a quiet neighborhood.

Stunning hotel. Really beautiful design. I booked a room for a day so that I could recover from being ill. I was able to check in quickly and was made comfortable. The room was one of the best I’ve had. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was also very clean.

It was all good! I think Uyuni is a deserted town and ppl only use it for a quick stop over for the salt flats but the hotel was nice!

We managed to check in a bit earlier than the standard check in time which was handy. Our room was spacious and really clean and comfy (room 5) we had to check out super early to catch a bus to Argentina and instead of our breakfast we got a packed lunch which was nice!

All staff were friendly and very nice, the room was very spacious and always warm. And breakfast buffet was great as well. Eggs were freshly cooked for each customer, and I had some choice of breads, pancakes, cheese, ham and so on… On the day of check out, they started breakfast 1hour earlier for us and called a taxi going to airport. The stay at Hotel Cristales de Sal was perfect!!!

The hotel does not have central heating. Each room is equipped with an electric radiator, which in winter barely makes the room warm.
