After a trip through the Salar and visit to the higher highlands of the Lagunas, this was an oasis. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The shower was wonderful! The restaurant had okay offerings, but it was great that it looked out over the street. The staff was very helpful too! If we had had more time, another night would have had us enjoying the opportunities for Sauna and massage!

The room we stayed in lacked natural light. There was a small window in the bathroom and in the bedroom, but they let very little natural light in.

Nothing to mention specifically, but there were military sites close to the hotel, and brass bands were playing some music, that was a bit noisy (in many cases we go outside during the day and no problem)

We traveled from Japan but breakfast were well served and as competitive as fancy hotels in south american areas. Also, laundry service was quite good and we could make cloths that are full of salt clean

Some construction noise for a few hours in the afternoon/early evening. We ordered a taxi to the airport but it was assigned to other guests that had ordered a taxi for a later time.

specious room, with salt decoration, staff is helpful with instant reply. breakfast is nice with good view of city. Good service of sauna and massage made me feel so relax at uyuni

It is close to a military base so in the early morning there was some noise coming in A bit expensive but interesting to stay at a salt hotel

The army barracks next door had a parade/band playing until late at night. Not sure how often that happens. Quite expensive but glad we stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building had some nice artwork (both sculpted wall carvings and paintings), bathroom was good, room was really big and it had impressive salt furniture. Very nice breakfast with strong coffee too. The staff were friendly.

The only issue was distance from airport and main town and the road or entry way that is bumpy and a dirt road. If this road could be pavement as rest of the roads around it. I bet it would attract more tourists

The facilities. Food. Staff is incredibly helpful ,the pool and jacuzzi. The massages very relaxing and affordable. Easeness of transport even of the distance from the airport and the main town of uyuni. NO TV's IN ROOMS. To me that was a winning point.

The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The majority of the tables were dirty when we arrived for breakfast. The breakfast was did not have a huge selection. There were no eggs, and the coffee was instant coffee. We ordered dinner as well, but unfortunately the chicken was still raw and had to send it back and ask for it to be cooked more.

The room was very spacious, it had a big dining table, sofa, small balcony and a huge bathroom. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a big lobby where guests can spend time.

Grest hotel, comfortable and unique being made mostly of salt! Staff were friendly and helpful, helped to organise taxis and laundry etc for us. We ended up staying extra nights because of illness and they let us check in early and provided a temporary room we could relax in when we needed to check out.

It is very basic and some parts of the hotel are not finished all that well. For 1 night it is ok.

Decent hotel for visiting Uyuni and the salt flats. Staff were very kind and helpful. They even allowed us to stay in a small room for the day after checking out before our night bus. Good sized rooms and hot showers.
