The hostal is very new and it shows: our room was modern and equipped with everything you need. Bright lighting, enough space. Clean everywhere. Also the outlets are universal, so you don't need a traveller adapter to use them. We even had a balcony. Also the staff was very friendly. We visited 4 hostals and hotels in Bolivia and this one was the best!

As it is very new, it lacks a bit of cosiness - some furniture is still wrapped in plastic foil. Hot shower didn't always work.

- honestly, the only reason why we wouldn’t stay here again is because it was super cold; the room has no isolation, even during daytime it was way colder than outside; we were freezing at night…they provide a little heater, but that has no chance due to the room size; we ended up sleeping under 5 blankets - there was no hot water in the shower although we turned it all the way and waited for a long time…

Minor complaint - no milk for the cereal at breakfast, only yoghurt. No sugar for the tea at breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful! The rooms are huge, so clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable! Staff are kind, they let me check in at 10.00am after my early morning bus from Puno. Breakfast is nice too.

This is a hotel, not a hostel. Absolutely immaculate. I wonder if it is a brand new hotel that fell victim to the pandemic and so are filling rooms anyway they can - to the hostel trade. I sincerely wish this place the best of luck. They have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a high class residence. I feel we were the only people staying there BUT this has been the case in many places. Travelling sure isn't back to how it used to be at the minute. Absolutely fantastic place to stay for a refreshing night of warm beds and hot showers!

The room and bathroom were a little cold, but a heater was provided. Hand towels were new and very fresh; the bath towels were a little older - I would suggest changing those. I'd still recommend the hotel overall..

The hotel seemed very new and clean, and the room was bright and large. Beds were large and comfortable with clean white bedding. The bathroom was large with a warm shower. Location is a short walk from the centre. Breakfast was a had a little variety, good in comparison to similar hotels. The owners are very welcoming and friendly; they always dealt with requests immediately. Hotel was great for a few days.

The shower water pressure could be better and could be a little hotter.

We were sooo comfortable and happy with our stay here. It’s extremely modern and clean and looks better in person than the pictures. I’m OCD and even I was impressed by the cleanliness. A lot of hotels in the area look a lot older and more rustic but this place is brand new and contemporary. The service is also excellent. Every morning we had an excellent breakfast with freshly made smoothies, eggs, cheese, toast, jam, yogurt, cereal, etc. They also offer laundry service for 15 bolivianos per kg.

We had been travelling for a while so paid a little more for a nicer hotel to relax, get some admin done and chill out. Unfortunately the room was very cold with only one tiny heater. To have hot water from the shower, the pressure is extremely low, there was no floor mats in the bathroom so the floor is extremely cold and slippery. Lastly, the wifi does not work at all in the bedroom (it’s not great in reception either). As there was a smart tv, we were going to have an early night and watch Netflix. Not possible though as the tv cannot connect to the internet. None of this would normally be a problem for us, however we booked this hotel especially to chill out and enjoy the facilities.

Really nice new hotel, well located with large rooms, all very clean and comfortable beds.
