Breakfast was average, and given the hotel has a coffee, I’m not sure the only coffee offered with breakfast was a very basic overly strong coffee.

Breakfast buffet 7-10am. Turned up at 9.20 and buffet had been cleared and we were then expected to pay off the cafe menu.

Large comfortable beds with heavy blankets. Friendly staff. Super early check in (7am) on our return from the salt flats. Beautiful building inside. Very quiet when in a room back off the street.

Accommodating staff, solid breakfast, clean rooms, amazing central location. Were kind of enough to let us check in at 3am! Good laundry service too.

The staff was really nice and helped me with everything I asked for. The building is awesome, very well renovated at some time and very tastefully decorated. The location couldn't be better, in the heart of La Paz near the San Francisco church and the the umbrella street where you can buy alot of bolivian handicraft and nice clothes.

Some rooms could be noisy if overlooking the street but we enjoyed the sounds of the locals and people having fun in the square.

Location is perfect if you want to bein the middle of the historic area. Great breakfast..healthy and more than enough. The building itself is beautiful and historic. We had rooms overlooking the cathedral…stunning! Simple but spotless rooms with lots of blankets and a hot strong shower. The staff are incredible and helped us out when a couple of us in o party became Ill. They are beyond helpful and kind.

Hotel (hostel) is a classic old building so a bit outdated and lacks facilities.

Very central, near to the shopping street and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even arranged a pack breakfast when I checked out at 5am. Great value for money.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is great - right near the Witches' Market. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping did a great job every day. We were on the first floor and it was wonderful to be tucked back and away from the street to keep down the noise of the city.

I would totally recommend: Great location and value for money. The staff was super friendly, they let us check-in in our room much earlier than the check-in time as we arrived in La Paz with a night bus super early in the morning. it was super appreciated!!

The sound travels through the room walls easily. They gave me a few options, warning about the street noise in the first, though it had a great direct view of the old church. The one I chose was above the restaurant area, which closes at 10pm, and then staff is cleaning up for the next hour. Be advised if you're sensitive to noise.

I really like the feel and look of the whole place, with the red colors, warm dim lighting, and design. It feels old and has special character, and my room felt nice. The shower got nice and hot with strong water pressure. The desk staff was accommodating in checking me in early, exchanging money for me, and booking a taxi for me in the morning. The place feels safe. It's in a great location for walking around to shop, eat, visit the old church, and sightsee.

Nice hotel in the city center of La Paz (Sagarnaga), close to tour operators and San Francis basilica. The rooms are in an old colonial building, which adds charm to the stay. Personnel kind and helpful. Good breakfast options, inluded in the nearby café.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! After a long journey it was amazing to have our heavy suitcases brought to the room. The place is beautiful and right by San Francisco church which is easy to reach with public transport And right by Linares with cute artesania stores and cafes

The hotel staff is amazingly friendly and helpful to hotel guests. The breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Naira if you're visiting La Paz, Bolivia!

The hotel Naira is very pretty, really clean, the breakfast plentiful and the personal is extremely helpful. An example of that is when we left the hotel one of the employees walked with our suitcases to our next destination.

The hotel is in a very nice building, well located in the touristic neighborhood. We felt safe. The staff is friendly and even allowed us to check in early and after an 12 hours bus trip, it was appreciated!!

Top location next to Plaza Mayor de San Francisco and Calle Sagárnaga. The room is basic but with plentiful shelving and a modern flatscreen TV. The bedding was very warm and included two heavy blankets. I was still cold (I run cold) and was provided a portable heater which was nice. There are some nice community spaces. Breakfast had a variety of options. Staff was welcoming and quite helpful.
