Cold showers. The whole place can get very cold at night so a hot shower was really needed.

Great location, very close to the bus station and also to amazing street food. Very clean, the cleaners are thorough. Kitchen on the third floor with a stove top and fridge. Staff are nice, we had a night bus and they had no problem with us hanging about and minding our bags after we checked out.

The beds were rock hard and the 5 duvets were really solid - my boyfriend also had a few bug bites.

An old prison is an interesting place to stay, the rooms are cute and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was really lovely, the woman helping serve breakfast was really lovely and came over to offer more of things. Location is great as the market is on the front door and a few minutes from the bus station.

The shower splashes over the bathroom floor and had some worrying electrics nearby.

The property is in a great location and it’s very quirky as a former prison. The rooms are, as you’d expect, cell like but well converted and comfortable. For a couple of nights (which is the maximum time you’ll want to stay in Uyuni) it’s a perfect base. WiFi was reliable too!

Rooms could use hooks to hang wet towels after showers or for items of clothing. Our room didn’t have any but I saw others that did so others might have been okay.

Property was very clean. Rooms were clean and big enough for the two of us in a twin room. About 3 blocks from the bus terminal.

Beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Our rooms had no window to the outside to let in fresh air (only a „window“ made of glass blocks). Instead there was a „window“ made of glass blocks to the room next door. You can’t see through it but light gets through. I still have no idea what the purpose of it is. There was a window to the hallway though. Some rooms do have window to the outside.

Central location, friendly staff, plenty of bathrooms, delicious breakfast. Perfect for an overnight stay before a Salar-Tour. Especially at this price.

Very clean hostel! A kitchen you can use, many bathrooms and hot showers and good location. The pictures might look a bit like a prison but it's actually a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

The hostel is pretty simple but comfy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even got up at 4 am when we had to leave for the bus, to give us our breakfast packed in bags - super nice! It's location is a 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station. It's a good place to stay for a night or two.

It was a tight space for 3 of us and our luggage. The locks on the female toilet near room 31 needs fixed. The breakfast was ok, didn't consist of much.

Comfortable bed in a triple room using shared facilities. The kitchen had basic equipment but enough to make a meal for a night. Good communication with staff prior and they let us check in early after a overnight bus. Central location to the agencies, cafe, market.

Very cold inside the hotel for the whole day and night.

Nice guy at the reception, we were able to do an early check in after the nightbus without any problems. Seemed like the whole day was someone busy with cleaning things up.

There was like an orchrestra or something? Nearby. It wasn't very annoying and it was during the day but if you're sensitive to noises It may disturb you. Our next to door neighbours were also noisy but this can happen anywhere :)
