Beautiful room with amazing views of the lake. The hotel owner was very kind and considerate when struggling with the altitude, allowing us to check out later. Excellent restaurant, excellent value for money. Two very cute alpacas in the surrounding gardens with hammocks to relax. Extremely close to the town centre and lake front.

Great location overlooking the beach. However, you have to climb a few meters. I very much liked the garden with hamacas and Alpakas grazing. So cute snd relaxing.

The hotel is lovely, with beautiful view. Its really nice to stay there in copacabana. Its close also to the center to get the bus or have a walk to bars/restaurant.

Quality of the mattress may be better.

The smile of the friendly staff is the first thing I’ve noticed and felt. Rooms are nice and well fitted but the there are two thing that really stands out: - cleanliness and appearance of the location, in total contrast with what you found in the area. - restaurant - the quality and variate food is amazing and definitely not expected in the area of Copacabana.

Unfortunately the bedding was a bit dirty and there were a few ants in the bed when I got there.

The hotel is in a beautiful place with a stunning view. The restaurant has great food and the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and runs a great hotel.

There was 2 things that was less than optimal for me. First, they offer the service to help with bus tickets, one of the staff members told me I would be totally fine to get the tickets the next day, but then the next day all was sold out. Second thing, it was my 2 or 3 day in their restaurant getting most of my meal for those days with them. I asked them if i could have a cinnamon roll with caramel, and the server said yes, then they brought me a roll only with caramel. I asked another server for help with this problem, she said "it's not possible to change it as you have taken 1 bite of it". I asked if I could talk to the boss or person in charge, and she responded "it's me". She said "my worker told you it was not a cinnamon roll and you knew what you ordered", I said "no" as none of those statements were true and "I didn't study your rolls, I only saw words of cinnamon roll and observed what looked like a cinnamon roll with caramel on top of it". First then she went to ask her worker and asked what had happened. I mean we got into a small discussion about this... over some probably economic flour, sugar and cinnamon... I'm having a hard time seeing how it was worth it.

I loved the energy I felt staying there. I loved the esthetic beauty of the beautiful beautiful place. Their restaurant had some delicious things. The veiw was excellent!

One of he best view of Copacabana bay. Up on the hill, below El Calvario mountain. Tricky to get in driving (super narrow alleyway). Cute Alpacas (no longer babies) to greet you and visit with you. My fourth visit. This time I saw couple of large, domestic pigs hiding behind some bushes. Future dinner? Rooms are small but very comfortable. plenty of blankets an central heating. Also on demand potable water and kettle to make great "mates" (teas, herbal infusions). The restaurant on the premises is superb. We ordered too much. Just get the cheese fondue with local bread (better than any other I had anywhere). Order for two will serve four people, even if hungry. Comes with vegetables. If you insist, they will accept credit card payment with a 2% fee. Good deal. Our top choice hotel in Copacabana.

There was something wrong with the toilet in our bathroom. It needs more water to sit in the bowl because it smelt terribly all the time (even tho it was very clean). We had to keep the door closed at all times to minimise the stench.

Great location and well designed family rooms. Although the mezzanine level had a few traps to hit your head if you weren’t careful. It would not be suitable for people with knee problems. The gardens were lovely and there were hammocks to relax in. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and worked so hard. The restaurant was excellent although the portions were enormous. We had lovely views of the lake.

Very nice hotel in a quite place of Copacabana, just you have to climb up a hill a little bit. The owner was very nice and helpful and spoke English fluently. it was the first and the last hotel in Bolivia and Peru where we can communicate with the owner easily in English.

Accepts only cash, my room had a path just outside the window so I had to keep the curtains closed otherwise everyone would be able to see inside of the room. Only one small window to ventilate.

The view are great, the hotrel is quiet and has good atmosphere, it is beautifully designed. Staff is very helpful and smiling.

Hard to complain, but maybe the breakfast could have been slightly better.

This was one of the coolest hotels I've stayed in! It had the most incredible view over Lake Titicaca and the property itself was stunning. The room was spacious and had a very interesting design. The sunroom had all the necessary amenities along with two chairs to watch the sunset. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus there were cute Alpacas close to the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful place. I couldn’t imagine spending my time in Copacabana in a different hotel. The hotel manager was extremely helpful, allowed us to check out a bit later so we could enjoy lunch in the hotel restaurant too. The hotel design is very unique which made it very special. 10/10 would recommend
