We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, Bolivians really take on hospitality. The food was great, both the restaurant and the room service. The joint spaces are well kept and beautiful

Everything. Spacious room, modern bathroom, nice tropical atmosphere (peacocks and a turtle walking around) very friendly staff. We especially liked the poolside restaurant, which had good cocktails, very tasty buffets (brunch on Saturday, grill on Sunday), and works 24h. Spa and pool areas very nice, too. The location is great, very close (walking) to restaurants, malls and only 15min by car to the central square.

United Statesif you are a solo woman traveler they will (try to) give you a bad room. I paid extra for a green view and they put me in a room facing the laundry facilities. I had to wait an hour to change rooms after a long trip. The management should give women rooms as nice as those they give men.

United StatesFront desk staff and rooms service call was horrible. They were borderline discriminating against us. The delay to have service like an iron or ice sent to the room to about an hour each time. The front desk locked us out of our room twice while we were eating breakfast and hung the phone up on me when I explained someone was at the door. The staff seemed more focused on collecting their tip and fees rather than providing good customer service.
The hotel in contrast of other 5star hotels considering the country was beautiful. The garden architecture and setting was beautiful. The restaurant had variety although a bit expensive for the quality of food at the location. American food made for a diner
