In general all good - sometimes wifi was very slow and indeed it would be great to have a bit more light in the room - especially near the bed for reading.. Also the interiors need a bit of refreshment.. ;)

Limited breakfast, weak wifi, not really kitchen facilities, only classes, plates, electric kettle, microwave, no kitchen sink, sink in toilet had very limited water. We give up to make our own meal that was our reason to select this suit.

The guy on reception when we arrived was strange (possibly drunk). He offered us an open half empty bottle of red wine because he was ‘only going to throw it out’ - this was at 11am.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although not what I would describe as “Executive”.

the security guy at the main building door the night I stayed was not very friendly but no big deal considering the Hotel staff are really nice

The location is great, well connected. very easy to get vans to the city centre. the area is safe and has got malls, restaurants, etc around. The staff is really kind and helpful at reception and also the lady serving breakfast. the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Sadly we had two problems with the room, the first one was about the TV service, but the staff fix it not in the day but soon as they could. And about the bathroom's tap, we had a little problem with this too and they couldn't fix it.

The staff was polite and helpful, they gave us evert facility we needed to be comfort. The breakfast was delicious, specially the fruit juices. About the location, its easy to take transport because is in the center of La Paz.

The hotel is in the Sopocachi neighbourhood which, according to the internet is a safe part of the city for tourists. This was good for cafes and wandering the local streets however it was quite a walk away from the historic centre and at times we didn't feel safe walking back to the hotel. For this reason we alway returned before dark.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The shared bathroom was cleaned daily and the rooms were to a good standard. The staff were friendly and they let us store our luggage on our final day after checkout.

WARNING: The hotel uses a terrible exchange rate to charge you much more than you expect. By the time you add the extra cost on, you can get a whole lovely apartment nearby for less than the price! We just stayed the one night as we had no choice and then booked an apartment nearby for cheaper!

Everything was well!

The place has a great location, there are many restaurants, a supermarket, a shopping center, a catholic church and the transport so close to there. The staff of the hotel was really nice and gave us a good service to get some tours, exchange money, also we had our checkout early and they prepared our breakfast at that time.

Poor breakfast, this was the first time in 2 months traveling in South America that we left the breakfast and at somewhere else. The WiFi doesn’t work at all. The electricity is not safe
