It’s a pretty cold building. Ask for a heater (they don’t have many). The breakfast was different everyday, not as advertised on Booking.com. The first day we were served 2 slices of white bread with scrambled eggs. The next day it was a buffet with milk, cereal, bread and juice. Furthermore, when we took a shower the bathroom would overflow with water. Lastly, it was unclear if the water was potable. One staff member said only the kitchen, the other staff member said it was all undrinkable. So we bought a water tank…

We liked the spacious room, ensuite bathroom (we had the deluxe studio), the fast wifi and the garage for our car. The location to the city centre is 10 minutes and was okay for us.

The main issue was the bathroom. For some reason, in our room there was no curtain in the bathroom, so when you take a shower you inadvertently splash water around, and then this water would stay on the floor for a long time. However, I wouldn't call it a major nuisance, though.

The hotel is generally ok, especially for its money. The staff was very friendly and flexible: they checked us in very early, at 7 am! Also, they allowed us to check out much later, and we are extremely grateful for that.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and when it gets hot, the room was very hot and we had to leave the door open to change the air. We were feeling the heat from the roof.

Breakfast is very simple, but you can cook by yourself in the common kitchen. Wi-fi in the room was too weak.

It’s a bit out of the town (about 10 min walk) I would be careful walking alone at night time, I was with my partner but noted I wouldn’t walk alone in the dark. It’s also a 20 min walk from the bus terminal which was tough with our heavy backpacks

There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the floor gets saturated every time you shower. We had to use two or three towels at a time to clean the floor after showering.

Every room has a gas heater so it’s super warm inside the rooms. Really good pressure shower and super helpful staff. The bed was also huge and really comfortable.

The shower leaks a lot of water due to poor construction. They need to provide a better bathmat as the floor become extremely wet. The wifi was very poor which was an issue as we had an interview to do, but this is the case with most places in Uyuni. Due to the tourist trade in Uyuni, places are more expensive. The town is the kind of place you only want to be for a night.

The room was exactly what the photos showed. everything was clean, comfortable and well sound proofed. The staff were really fantastic, and showed flexibility and helpfulness with a couple of things we needed help with. The location is close to the bus companies and a 10-15 minute walk away from the main restaurant area. We were able to use the very clean kitchen in the morning to cook an egg etc.
