The staff here are super friendly and helpful. My husband was quite poorly when we arrived and the ladies ordered takeaway for us, offered us fruit / hot drinks and let us stay for an extra night. The hotel is a little bit out of town but it is fine in a taxi. A nice hotel to relax in after the Uyuni tour.

The Booking.com website says they have a free airport shuttle however this is not true. They can get you a taxi but it costs 15 BOBs per person.

Overall we really enjoyed this hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean with a very nice bathroom/shower. They had complimentary coffee/tea all night in the cozy breakfast area and breakfast was nice. They also offer a way to get food delivered so you don't have to go back into town for dinner which was nice because it is a little far, about a 20 minute walk from more central Uyuni. I would definitely stay here again!

A little further out of town, but this meant it was peaceful & calm. Roughly 20 min walk to main town (not a problem for us).

We had a fantastic stay. The room was very comfortable & clean. Nice communal area with pleasant staff & owner, who were very accommodating to our needs. They went the extra mile when I fell ill & had to stay an additional night. Very attentive & very kind. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I was a little unlucky. A guest was ill, so I couldn't get the room I had booked with a private bathroom. I was given an alternative room with a shared bathroom, and the hostel paid for my diner (very friendly). However, the room was right next to the lounge and unfortunately you could hear everything...(there was a large group staying for one night). At 1 a.m. I politely asked the guests in the lounge to be quieter. But I could still hear them. A quiet night regulation would be good. Despite that the hostal is a very cozy place!

The hostel is very clean and the rooms are nicely furnished. Breakfast is also very good.

The toilet was a little small but still worked fine. The location was at the edge of town, so not the best, a bit far from everything, and the surroundings were rough, but then again most of the town is.

The place is very clean, the WiFi works well and breakfast is good. The hosts are amazingly accommodating, they helped us with everything we needed, gave us a lift to the center and to the bus station when we left as well. Thank you very much! Would recommend this stay.

There were multiple long black hairs here and there - on the floor mat, on the bed cover, in the shower - I'm sure it's from the cleaning person who was cleaning, but it was an unwelcome find, I suggest to wear a hat or hair cover when cleaning. Also problems with ventilation- the "windows" in the room were facing the hotel's corridor, which seems to be very common in this region, also means there is no ventilation in the room. Shower cabin is also IN the room and completely transparent, not everyone would be comfortable with that. Also there is no food or water to purchase at the hotel, given that it's a little far from the main part of the city this is unfortunate.

The room is well decorated and comfortable, the staff was extremely nice to us, they even gave us a car ride to the bus station for no charge, the internet worked well, no problem taking a hot shower.

It is definitely further out than most other hotels and hostels in town. Although, to be honest, there isn’t a whole lot to do in Uyuni so it wasn’t a problem for us.

For the price, this place is clean, cozy, and exactly what you need for a night in Uyuni either before or after a tour. The staff were VERY kind and even offered to make us lunch the day we arrived because none of the restaurants in town were available to deliver.

The owner and staff were 100% the best!! They truly went above and beyond, helping to book excursions, rides and even take out for dinner when we were late. We had troubles arriving and they stayed up to make sure we could check in the middle of the night!

Super clean, most comfortable bed I have stayed in in a while. Heating in the room made it super comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly attentive and even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived. Best value for money in town, would definitely recommend.

Helpful and super friendly staff. I just felt super comfortable . I arrived late, I asked if I could have an apple or banana and the receptionist brought me several fruit pieces of fruit and water. Bit far from centre but the tour agency dropped us off and it is easy to get a taxi. Ana the owner also helped us with ordering a takeaway.

Rooms were heated with under floor heaters. Hot water. Clean and comfy. Nice breakfast, local bread was delicious. Very helpful staff and the owners were extremely helpful.

Not necessarily negative but to keep in mind: The accommodation is quite far from the city center but you can easily take a taxi for up to 10 Bs and the staff will assist you in calling one. The staff can also order food for you. In winter, there appears to be not enough water to use the jacuzzi but the shower is fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and warm with a heater. One of the best hotels we stayed in!
