Our room was incredibly bright as the blinds didn't cover all the windows, so it was difficult to sleep until the indoor lights were turned off.

Shower nozzle could not be adjusted and water everywhere. Very tight in toilet area. Poor wifi unless you walked up to the main building and still only fair. One window doesn’t have a lock. Maybe provide a light weight blanket in summer months.

It's very basic. Our room was right next to stairs and a little meeting room, so the noise echoed. It was a little loud at night. The bed was comfortable. We only stayed from 7:30pm to 8:30am. It was worth it how much we paid.

Not every room is in a wagon!!! This is not clear and I booked an expensive one thinking that it was, but actually eas just a double room WITH NO WINDOW and bathroom window shared with the other one. Didnt like it at all

The room was hot, however we were provided with a fan. The lighting wasn't very good - quite dark.

We only stayed overnight after our uyuni tour, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is very well located.

The staff were often not there. It’s advertised as a train carriage accomodation but it’s more likely you are staying in makeshift rooms in a train office.

It’s a cool idea to have accomodation in a train station, interesting views and good location - right in the centre of town

Look, it's a train, there is very little space. The toilet is tiny and the shower head is uncomfortably high. Water was constantly running. Wifi in the wagon is also not great. The heater, hair dryer, and microwave did not have the right plug to fit the outlets. You are also right next to the main street which can get noisy.

You sleep in a train!!! The wagons are nicely refurbished and have a shower and a toilet inside. Enough blankets are provided to keep you warm. There were more than 18 electricity outlets (no clue why, but useful). The breakfast is delicious and the time can be arranged. The place is 10min from the bus terminal and right across the street is the main square. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A strange shock after touching the metallic parts of the windows or doors. A litter confusing when getting there for the first time, since the hotel is in the roof of a train station. My stay was in the room with 16m, the others seem very small. Consider this before choosing.

It was well located near restaurants and travel agencies, the staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and very spacious.

The room was very hot during the day and the A/C didn't blow any cold air. The windows felt quite see-through as well, with some of parts of them not covered. The wifi also didn't work, and even in the common areas, it was only decent. Appreciated the kitchen facilities, but didn't get any bath towels. You're definitely paying for the experience, but one night there is enough, as I couldn't spend much time in there during the day due to the heat and lack of wifi.

Splurged on the wagon suite for the experience. The breakfast was decent and included. It is a good location and walking distance to the bus station.

Airconditioning doesn't work and no ventilation, given that it's in the middle of the desert, it gets very hot. Also, if you're over 1.80, mind your head.

The staff seemed a bot bored by the little guests im the facility and were not really in working mode. The breakfast could have been better and prepared with more attention.

The place is really well located. Yet, it’s important to mention that most rooms are NOT in a train. The room was really room and train themed.

The wagons seem pretty exposed, being close to the street in a literal train station.

I stayed in one of the Japanese style capsule rooms. It was very small, but honestly I slept very well. You can request a fan which I did. The wifi was good. Breakfast was also pretty tasty.

The room was very dark, I think a temporary lighting issue and the room was a bit stuffy. There was a fan available which helped this though. I think our bathroom was near a smoking area perhaps because we kept getting whiffs of smoke.

The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The bed was a good size too and very confortable. It was also nice and clean. We needed somewhere to crash for one night and this was a good option for that with a private room and private bathroom.
