The location was central but was also in a very busy part of town. Wifi didn't work well in top rooms.

I thought the property had a nice charm and the staff was very helpful in coordinating activities.

This is a gem of a hotel that was perfect for us as a family. Its location to the witches market meant we were in the thick of it when outside but it was quiet and felt like a Mediterranean oasis when inside. The rooms were a decent size and clean and comfortable. We arrived off a night bus at 6:00am and our room was ready so we could rest and shower immediately.

This is an excellent hotel. The only two minor complaints: Rooms are a bit small, and when we communicated with the property via booking.com we were given a very high price for an airport taxi.

This area is very noisy and not very clean. Unfortunately the two nights I was there some sort of celebration that didn’t end until 3am ! There are many street sellers around and people seems to hang out near the hotel drinking in the evenings

It’s a lovely hotel. Great staff and great security guard who looked out for hotel guest during street parade. Nice relax area with water and hot drinks. Room was spacious and there was a lovely courtyard in the centre.it’s in a good location walking distance from witches market, gifts street sellers and cable car and the tourist area.

My room was at front overlooking road so a bit noisy at times but I didn't have any problems sleeping. There are a lot of rooms at back which overlook a courtyard so if concerned maybe ask for one of those.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful and speak very good English. It's in a great location to explore the city with lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

The initial room allocated was not quiet as we requested but our room was changed to one much more satisfactory.

The hotel was an island of tranquility in a sea of urban chaos. Also, the "Rosario Group" was very helpful and accommodating when we cancelled our booking at the Rosario hotel in Copacabana to stay another night in La Paz.

Main quibble is that we were assigned to rooms on the third and fourth floor. The lift only stops at the second floor, which meant having to climb stairs going in or out of the room.

Hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our requirements. They helped us to arrange for an early check in (which is a paid option but that's fine I guess), along with a reasonably priced airport transfer. They even offer a breakfast box for guests like us who had an early flight and couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We had issues with a leaky shower head and unstocked shampoo but those issues were resolved very quickly. The hotel also has a nice lobby lounge with an assortment of tea which is very nice. Wifi was strong. Location is very central.

Location was great, right next to everything g there is to see in La Paz and felt very safe. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Room was gorgeous as was the entire building.
